I liked the 1bhk here. Very spacious and good ventilation on higher floors.

Some guards are very rude here... they behave with girls very rudely... very strange rules followed here for e.g. no parcel is allowed at ur doorstep after 11 pm... we need to pick it up from Society entrance gate.. even if you are having some health problem you have to do it .. guard will neither listen to u nor they understand your problem.. Guards of the society should be cooperative but they are not in this society,...

Parkwayz society is a nice decent place to live. Have been living for 4 years. No issues faced related tl water scarcity or anything. Society haveing normal rules that can be delved with. Having all basic amenities and very close to highway or IT park.

Flats are spacious as compared to other socities. but not a right place for bachelors as there are some nincompoops who will blame bachelors for nothing.

Average type. Only best part is its very close to main road n u can find all tht as family or bachelors need.

Good society...just 50 meters away from wakad main chauk on wakad road which connectsto Dange chauk.This society is near to Datta temple and next yo 121 restaurent. It has total 7 blocks A to G. Its a well maintained society with a small gym..swimming pool and small garden in open area. Society also have a club house which is also used as badminton court in spare time.

A decent society with big area flats. The society is on the main road and just near Wakad Chowk so it is very convenient for public transport users.

Very bad society. The security guard and the society manager thinks that they are doing a favour by giving flats to the tenants and they dont have etiquette/manners on how to talk. Stupid rules like only 3 people allowed in 2 bhk.

This place is good for families. Good locality.

Society is located near pizza hut dutta mandir road. Good society but flats are not spacious because this is almost 8 yrs old structure. Guard are not that co-operative but some are. If you are looking for a rented house then you will have to spend 16k for 1bhk with 50k deposite and 22 for 2bhk with almost 60k deposit. Do not buy these flats as they are expensive and not worthy. Small rooms as compared to society name. Corporation water supplied by tanker. Only advantage is closed to wakad chowk.

Its an old society in wakad chowk, got its own club house which includes gym, badminton court, table tennis, carrom and swimming pool. It has a small garden and kids playing section as well. Tenants moving is allowed only between 10am to 7pm after filling the NOC and pre-requisites. For tenants particular, they are must with tenant id and parking stickers distributed by the society board.

Ambience is good but the lift gets repaired 4 times in a month, which makes it difficult to stay on higher floor. Security has this arrogant tone every time you call them up for trouble.

Very good society to live in, if you work in hinjewadi or near by wakad.

This place is not for bachlor and it is very hectic those bachlor who are living there . Society mentanance charges are high compared to the facility provided.
