Nearby farms are too good. Roads are too narrow. But may be good in next 6 months as they are promising.. The concept of tropical forest is quite unique at this location. Lack of flat details which they are going to sell ..lets see..

Its best at Location, amenities parking,etc.But 2bhk flats structure is not at all good, very compact rooms with only one gallery

Only star I am giving is for location of project which is very near to natural habitat. I heard possession is getting delayed for 5 years or so. Very bad for buyers 😟. Flats are compact too.Only USP on which they are selling their flats are on those small jungle types garden they created near to buildings and giving perception of Jungle safari etc.

The site is under construction for more than 3 years, recently the ownership is also changed. Now some other builder is going to complete the construction and sales. Connectivity wise it will get good road in sometime (may be 6 months) PMRDA has already started the road construction 🚧. It will have the benefits of Maharashtras first Town Planning Scheme and good connectivity wit Hinjewadi IT park.

This society is having great interior, temple, children playing area and it is on going.

Builder is not supportive at all...initially will promise you a lot of things but later on, wont do anything

I have gone to see the resale 2bhk flat which is about get a possession. The area flat is ok. But when I saw the sample flat and compare the actual flat there many visible difference .Balcony in sample was show too big as compare to balcony which provided. Bedroom are small. Even the new flat visible seepage issue around door similar pic as below.

Good quality construction , highly recommend

Maximum liveable area in affordable price. Location is good. I like the tropical forect concept. Waiting for the possession.

When I went to enquire about project and till the time I handed booking cheque all the flats were available and next day when I went to choose the exact flat all flats were sold for floors higher than 10 in F Tower. initially I was told possession date of Dec 2022 and next day they said agreement will have possession date as 30.06.2023. No one informed about this the first day. Immediately on second day I lost the trust and have withdrawn by booking.

I booked flat in Neelanchal in Aug2014 when its launched but seeing speed of work and progress, I withdrawn my booking and waiting to get my money back from pinnacle for last 6 month but now they are avoiding and giving some reasoning every time I call them. trying to contact owner but not able get contact details from office. Now they are not responding at all to my calls.

Not worth your money. I had the worst experience with the builder and their CRM team. I booked a 2 BHK flat in 2015 and cancelled the booking in Dec 2016 when there was no progress made in a year. They agreed to my cancellation and assured a return in 6 months. From Dec 2016, it is over 3 years and I am still waiting on my refund. I and my brother is in constant contact with their CRM team but they are either not responding to our calls or giving a new date every time. I advise please research well before investing in this property otherwise you are in for eternal mental and financial harassment.

Good society, but how will you reach there?There is no proper road yet on (24th Jan 2019)All builders are giving only promises that there will ba a proper road soon, but no progress yet.People are buying flats there only for investment.

My brother booked a Flat in 2015 but due to delay in construction he cancelled his booking and Pinnacle Neelanchal promise him to refund money but still we are not getting our money back. CRM team is not contactable either they doesnt answered the call or giving future dates for refund.Please dont trust on Pinnacle group they are cheater.Dear Pinnacle group if you guys have some shame please reply.

Updating my review after looking at their current progress. Work is started in full swing. Hoping to see some really good progress in future. Then I might update my rating to 5 star :)Edit- Only false promises. The committed possesion date to me was in Dec 2017, then there were plenty of changes in the dates. The recent one was Aug 2019 and now they are saying Dec 2019 which is highly impossible. Waiting for a new possession date now.

I have visited the site with family. we have liked the project. construction quality is best.very much impressed by the amenities and commercials will come inside the project.

Visited their sales office today. Pathetic customer service team..waited for half an hour..no one was there to attend.And finally when someone came he took another customer who just arrived to give project details.I just rushed out realising this pathetic treatment and non responsive team.No wonder their project is stuck since many years

Flat systems are good..well planed .maintain privacy .as per cost flats are too smalls and compact but architectural plan is good .

The longest wait on the longest roadThey are marketing this project as the one in baner-sus (annex), but the rood that leads to this solitary place just passes through Baner. It is nowhere close to Baner, on the contradictory closer to Sus Gaon.The road that leads to this place is isolated, filled with potholes and doesnt have any street light. Its very narrow too and it is difficult for 2 4 wheeler to cross simultaneously.On the other side are beautiful farms that are bountiful in produce, and that makes me think that the owner will never sell these away. This is a good thing, but that will take a while.The sales persons are saying that the building will be completed in next 6 months, which I feel is highly unlikely (today is 29th Aug 2018).Overall, a terrible experience.Let me review it after an year when things are falling back in place.

My biggest concern is when they will give possession of 2bhk bcoz as per rera revised completion date is 2025 for phase 1.
