Living here from last 6 months...main issue is water quality..its very poor...I started facing hair fall issue because of that ..water comes from tanker and that I guess the main reason for water quality issue...othe than that nice socity with proper safety.

The best place to live with your family,very clean and well maintained gym, swimming pool with good security staff at each corner of the society,

Important: Electricity & Road Problem.Even basic amenities are not available at kumar primavera. Daily, electricity is not available atleast for 2-4 hours. No proper connectivity as roads are in very bad shape.So be aware while purchasing or taking a flat on rent at Kumar Primavera Society.

Stayed here at a friends home for 2 nights and enjoyed my stay thoroughly. The building complex is very well constructed, is quite airy and has beautiful parks for kids to play. The security is top notch too. I had a good time here.

Nice society. Though the road to entrance is pathetic. Garbage and waste all on the road, You will always find pigs and number of stray animals moving around. But once you enter in society its clean and well maintained. Not very far from hospital, school shopping mall.

You will find many schools near by like Arnolds, Bishops, Orbis. Society is celebrating all the cultural programs. 24*7 water facility is available. You will be getting cabs/auto within no time. Society is very well maintained.

It is a decent society.The good things are it is at a quite place, it has a sports complex and is just beside Mula River. The worst part is that it is not well connected with the main road. The roads a around it are not still under construction and are very bumpy.

Connectivity by public transport is not available. The society is good having all facilities and green too.

Big 4 malls of Pune are nearby (in 5 kms). Shops are nearby but not at walking distance. Maids are easily available.

Society is for middle class people. Clean society. Since society is about 600 meter away from main traffic therefore No vehicle noise at all. All flats are of 2bhk. Society is situated at mutha river bed. Small garden and swimming pool. Has gym and club house with community hall.

My relatives stay in this apartment in Pune wadgoan shere. Apartment is very nice and society is very clean and all blue colour which is Same as sky and building. There is strict security so no need of afraid of thing is left on parking also. There is celebration of all festivals and sports activities are held. There garden for childrens and swimming pool also which is good one.
