Good society have all basic amenities. Good location and comes in PMC area.

Building design is very beautiful.Plats are very comfortable.The price of plats in the building is a bit higher here.Parking space is very big.There are CCTVs all around.Security has taken a lot of care.Everything inside the building is clean.The Societys campus is very nice.

A housing complex with all possible amenities in a reasonable rate. Its well accesible and worth of its cost. The developers try their best to attend the issues.

Its a nice apartment around 500mtrs from highway. Construction quality looks good however the bedroom sizes are small. They have left a huge area for varrandah which could have been better utilized for rooms and kitchen.

There is MHADA society (6 floor) construction is going beside building and amenities also will get shared among them. Please read documents carefully before purchasing ...also wine shop opened at commercial place of building

Just moved in. Liking the experience so far. The view is excellent and flats are more or less spacious.#EditsToTheReviewStayed there for a year and then gave notice for vacating the flat. (We were tenants). Cant share all the bad experiences on a public forum like this, but the quality of stay for a tenant can largely depend on how the property owners and building staff are. This was the biggest lesson Ive learnt from my stay in the apartment. Have never faced any such issues before in any other apartment. Now that we have moved in, not facing any such experiences either. Mount Unique was just a nightmare.Also, power cuts are too frequent. Not ideal for people on work from home.

There is MHADA building coming up in this society. No point paying high prices for these flats. Be careful with pricing as it seems to be low quality material used for construction; internal finishing , plumbing , parking has issues. There are better options available in Baner within this pricing.

Its good for owner, some amenities are yet be complete will take at least 4 year more..--Update 26-07-2019After staying here for 5-6 months, looks to be its not that great what i really thought of.. Overall management is not good, that even after registration in Oct-18 of my flat; i am having issue related to extra TAX from PMC and still on builder name. Builder & builder management is not taking things seriously, lot of issue related flat , mainly water leakage. Builder ppl tried yo resolve it, but in the end its still same(still having leakage). Also issue in electric meter as my name is not reflected on it. in Parking I have seen snake , rats.. still following with ppl to resolve the issueIf things get better i will update this again..--update on 26-jan-2020Things are getting better, changed the stars from 1 to 2My electric meter issue is resolved.. But I did all required stuff /collected all documents.. Though builder helped me on same...Parking is now in better condition... Resolve issues related to rats..But still my tax issue is yet be cleared.. Still having issue.. Management is still looking into it.. But I am hopeful that it will get clearLeakage is clear for 50% of area and still some part of building is yet to make water proof..New building construction is started.. Bit difficult now days.. As lot of dust coming to house.. One more important stuff sun light is very low to none for parking area.. So you need 24*7 lightsOverall its improving..Will update you soon on remaining issue..--update on 31-May-2020Post my last update.. Now looks to be things are again going in bad shape.. Now real consern is on quality of construction work.Post resolution of my common bathroom leakage.. By builder after followup of 9 months.. Now master bedroom bathroom is having leakage, as per builder maintenance persons review he said now its leakage of internal pipes of flat above my floor flat. As per his suggestion there is need to brock tiles for repair.. Not sure now how much time it will take to resolve the issue.Now about my property tax issue.. Looks to be it having same issue for lot of flat owner.. It is wrongly calculated.. Now flat is on my name but it is having same old issue of high tax calculation..Sad.. my 1.5 year of stay here as owner is kind of roller coaster.. I always thought this is last issue for me but.. Some how something new issue appears for me..--- update 24-july-2020Total waste of money.. Nothing else.. To say now.. Now in its my second monsoon season.. Leakage every where..My internal bathroom leakage is still not resolved. My main door is no more working because of same.. As leakage water seeps in door frame..Just no one is responding.. From builder all are fake people with fake promises...--- update 27-Jun-2021After one year of the leakage issue, of my main door I am still requesting builder team to resolve the issue as soon as possible..nothing much to say..

All glitters are not gold, is the perfect proverb for this, be ready for a disastrous leaving before buying flat here, used materials are very poor quality and the builder has a policy not to listen anything from the residents, you may not believe the fact untill you are not experiencing it personally, but Im sorry to say that, it will be big mistake of your life, incase you chose to be a part of it, no safety measures, no facilities, no amenities and many hidden facts are still coming out slowly, very low construction quality, the design of the building is putting residents life in danger, rain waters directly coming to the lobby area and veranda near to double lift of each floor, the railings are very poor quality and not fitted with proper measures,
