This project is good with excellent carpet size and view. They have got one of the best carpet area in the market also the flat is nicely built. All amenities are available here. However the location is not that great. Especially people travelling to Hinjewadi. Also school options are limited within 4 Km.

Best place to live in Pune. Oxygen rich, Peace and Well connected to Pune city and NH 4. Big carpet area. Professionally designed homes at market rate. Two roads to connect to site from NH 4, one from Bhugaon/Pirangut Road (chandani chowk to pirangut road). I reached there within 5 minutes by car. Second from Bavdhan bridge (Nissan and Toyota showroom), though not much developed area/village we observe while reaching to site from this route but it has potential to develop. I think initially only water is the concern here, but it will be resolved because there are so many big projects are there.

Area is surrounded full of greenery. Nice environment. Road towards the place is not good.

Too far from main road. Also in the area not so developed. It gives feeling of going into a small village with narrow roads to reach this place. Also area of room here is not that as they advertise. Price they are taking for the 3 BHK flat here is almost equal to 3 BHK flat with same area in developed areas like Wakad.
