Excellent society

A very orthodox building society. If youre planning to stay here on rent, dont even try here. There are a number of people (including the committee members) who harass the people staying on rent especially bachelors and young married couples arent spared either. Theyve got zero tolerance for pets. Theyll say theyre allowed initially, but will harass you and your pet on a timely basis. They complain that the pets dirty the premises even though the owners clean up after them. Whereas, on occasions Ive seen used condoms and sanitary napkins just thrown on the ground outside right from the windows of these so-called righteous people.Theyve forced us to move out because were staying on rent and have a laboratory rescued beagle. Have a bit of consideration guys, show some humanity. These dogs have been in hell for more than 5 years of their lives only to be brought into another hell that is your society. Were moving from here, but not without filing a complaint against them with the Animal Welfare Board of India. They should be taught a lesson so that they dont mistreat pets and their owners

Good appartment. Ample parking. Just mild problem with sunlight at lower floor flats...

Nice apartment in Aundh area. Enough parking is available for visitors. Lift is also available.

Society is good but parking four wheeler is a issue. If it is for some time its fine but not for the flatmates. There is some conflicts between A and B society.
