Society members had to fight lot with builder to agreed amenities from Builder (Calyx/Avior group). There was legal case on builder for delayed possession.Rates are way to high, almost making 45% loading. Plays with society space , so be careful before booking take all drawings in advance.But society members are really good, educated and descent people.
