I stayed here for few weeks, the society was clean and have good parking area for 2 and 4 wheeler vehicles. Good residential properties.Have few gardens in the campus, slides and swings are available for kids to play.Only gym was open, applied for pass but did not receive for like 2 weeks and then I had to leave. Swimming pool and other indoor games were closed due to covid.Badminton classes were open for kids in evening. Occasionally you will find food truck and vegetable market inside the campus.One super market store is available just outside the campus, you can order groceries and vegetable to be delivered at home.

One of the best residential space in pune, it constructed in 2004 but its still very well maintained they have pool, gym and a nice garden, flats here are typically big as compared to newly constructed properties. Good security cctv access and huge parking space overall a nice place to live in viman Nagar. Plus is their location everything is nearby pheonix, airport and all other shops and joints. If you get a chance to live here dont miss it.

Very beautiful, peaceful society with friendly guards, I would recommend they check visitors IDs and visiting flat number details, though.

It was good place to stay,but the quality of construction is average.Lots of patches has been plastered.But the campus is massive with good recreational facilities.

Was here for a visit. The society is not maintained. Cleanness is good but infrastructure is getting poor. Lifts are manual and can carry 2 people at a time. Cracks have developed over the exterior walls. If colored and flooring done then nothing like it

A big and awesome society in Pune. Maintained all safety and security norms as per government rules. A good place to live. Surrounded by Airport, Symbiosis campuses, luxury hotels, elite house holds, well cultured & educated gentry and many famous other amenities/things to remember. A wow life...begins here....little bit costly also..but very genuine living....in all aspects.

One of the oldest housing society of Viman Nagar. This also maintains functioning swimming facilities. Very good aptly spaced buildings give ample space inside for running and walking within society. Very well maintained society, great people, inside vegetable market is organized weekly.

A good society but the flat rent is a bit on a higher side. Near to the airport. The outside surrounding area is not food, to be honest. It feels a little unsafe while walking alone there.

Social atmosphere. Good recreation. Very clean and green.

Nice place near the Pune airport. Convenient for frequent fliers.

Konark campus is a great society to live. Its a gated society with lots of safety measures. You can buy or rent 1bhk to 3bhk houses as well as row houses here. The society has a lot of amenities like a small park, playground, gym, swimming pool and an entertainment center.

Clean place neatly arranged i gave it 4 stars because residents dont look after their internal roads, with heart shaking bumps, A speed breaker does not regulate speed it causes pain and damages the road there are other means to regulate speed educated people!

A beautiful complex with huge garden in the centre surrounded by towers on all sides. The kids play area is really good. Children enjoy playing here. This society is old but has been well maintained.

Best place to live... Bhimlal Bhandari, the caretaker takes special care of the guests. Food is awesome, value for money. Would definately recommend Konark Campus for a safe , pleasant, homely & economic stay experience

Loved the society.. its really big.. the row houses in the society are really spacious..There are two gardens in the middle of the society.. best place to stay..It has swimming pool. There are many benches to sit and they are covered with a shed.

Beautiful society. Very close to airport. If you enjoy walking, the airport is at a walking distance. The society has a huge swimming pool and the houses are spaciously built. All common amenities are available inside the society. There is also a small kirana store inside the society which is very handy. Very beautiful walking tracks abutting the landscaped small gardens with seaters.

Good and huge housing society situated in Viman Nagar. It is just behind Rohan Mithila and next to Lunkad Queensland. This society has children play area, swimming pools, club house and Huge parking lot. Highly secured society. Bachelors are not allowed. Need more care for maintenance of the society otherwise soon it will become another filthy place to live.
