As per my experience this builder isnt trust worthy in giving possession as per the commitment date. Builder delayed Wing A and Wing B possession by more than 6 months compared to timeline in rera agreement and he is not willing to pay rent also which he agreed before agreement.

Builder is worst ever, society is good though. dont go by paid reviews, promised to deliver flat in july 2018 and we are waiting still in nov 2019, dont buy flat here
