Good Apartment at right place. Everything you need to make your daily Living is easily available nearby.Rent is also not much higher. Affordable price.Easy access to Hinjewadi IT Park, Mumbai Express way.

The location is good , away from main road. Flats are of good size , security is appropriate. Only issue visitor vehicle not allowed inside.

Recommend it for rent purpose.

Its a good secured society having 12 floors with nice spacious flats. Although the society doesnt has a garden area or jogging track but the street in front could be used for jogging. Apart from this, all the other groceries and daily requirement stores are just opposite to the society Out Gate. Maouli is a famous snacks and breakfast tea shop there, fruits vegetables, groceries stores available, sweet shop, Fassos, electric items and hardware items shop, More showroom, Juice shop, pani puri stalls, Cheap and tasty Dosa stall.All these available with not more than 2 min walk

Good society with some issues like lift, garden, pool not working mostly.

A decent society with decent construction, there is a open packing for visitors, they have swimming pool as well.

This apartment is Situated on the Connecting road between Wakad Dutta Mandir road and Chodhary Park & between Omega Paradise apartment and Kala Kharak road. The road is very wide.It is near to Wakad Road,of Which left is Dange Chowk and Right side is Dutta Mandir - Wakad Chowk as well to PUNE - MUMBAI Express Way. Both Chowk Connects to Pune Main Town. Living at this apartment is very Comfortable
