Amazing Pace to stay at. Though the buildings are a bit old type. But cleanliness and hygiene is upto the mark. No maintenance issues at all. Love it...

Good bungalows here , good security but for water they have to call for water tankers

One of the most beautiful and quiet residential places in pune. It has a lot of green spaces. Large club house with swimming pool, gym, tennis, basketball, volleyball, squash, indoor games like snooker, cards, bridge tables, etc. Fairly large auditorium. Highlights are flats facing the evergreen nibm forests, at the back. You can spot over 50 varieties of birds in the forest.

These are apartments located on NIBM road. This is located just behind NIBM college.This society has all amenities a mordern society must have. Swimming pool, gym, Tennis and basketball courts, squash courts, party lawn, restaurant etc. Located just next to dorabjees. The only cons here are 1. The approach road is quite lonely at night after 8pm 2. There is a charge even for society memebers to use the amenities.
