Most of the Sales team and Agents/Brokers are providing reviews and 5 stars, just check recent reviewers name on google and you will find.I have visited this site many times. Following are the pros and conspros:-1. Good Connectivity2. Decent layout3. There is well inside Project, if builder provides it even after possession, then there would be no water shortage.4. Fair cost as compared to other projects nearby.cons:-1. Mhada building 1 bhk inside project,2. Mhada buildings, 1 room extension done separately, This separate extension doesnt have any common pillars between existing structure, this is kind of risky.2. Possession - Builder sales office promised possession on December 2020, and now its august 2021, still possession is not given, very slow work in tower A. It should have been completed 2-3 months back.I think tower A all flats are sold, if you are planning to buy in other towers make sure you get exact possession date.And ask them what were the date they promised for possession for tower A and whats the updates on this?3. Road outside project is quite small, and its the only internal road connecting Mundhawa traffic to kalyani nagar, Viman nagar- It could cause some serious traffic in future.4. Sales office plays real games while selling it, be prepared to be firm on what you are asking.5. Many gunthewari constructions are nearby.6. Flats size are really compact.7.If you check wall plaster, there are many cracks visible, hope they fix this before possession.

Prime area property in good rates. Construction gor phase 1 is undergoing. Flats are up to quality. Nice structure , well height flats. People are well cooperating. No solar project. Basic daily needs are at 1 km from the location of project. Providing open gym, play area, walking track, multipurpose hall. No swimming pool. Cricket net in in next phase.

They told to give flat this year on June .but I dont think it will deliver by end of the year as well
