Best township in Hinjewadi. The towers are well spaced out... You wont feel like, youre in a concrete jungle, like the other townships in Marunji & Punawale.The construction company learnt from their mistakes and improvised with every tower they built. You will get the best quality in the recent constructions.Its a scenic township, the main entrance is the best to arrive as the rear entrance from the Sakhare Vasti is a bit congested and inconvenient as there are construction vehicles and industry vehicles plying that road.

Had enquiry for 1 BHK flat, Flat looks good but kitchen is too small nor dry balcony is there. Pricing should not be that high considering 2-3 delayed possession.

Worst service ever from that MBA employee(Pawar),They never give brochure never tell what amenities we get properly,Even though Flats are available they tell its not for what know reasons,the cost of flats are on higher side,Very high maintenance charge normal society charge + township chargeWe visited there 2 times and they not even show you constructed flats,no car for site visitWe visited there with agent 3rd time he showed us flat with site visit and told us everything that employee should convey us.Also they say lifetime membership is free for Golf but there is Charge for each session you play there.I have visited many Sales office but this was the worst of all

My family, along with four other families were looking for nice 3 bhk flats in Hinjewadi, Wakad and Baner. Although we liked the way Blue Ridge has been constructed and the quality of life inside this society but eventually all five of us decided against buying flats there and dropped the idea of visiting Paranjape for that. The sole reason being approach to this township from Pune. Be it from Hinjewadi Chowk side or from the narrow road passing through Hinjewadi village. While its bumpy and broken one way paver road from Hyatt side, the entry from village side is horrible. My friend staying in tower 20 told me that they feel shameful when their guests take cabs to visit them and they are taken via that non existent road.

Hinjewari phase 1 and balance two tower work has just commenced. Remaining two will be launched later. Likely to take two to three years. Project has very good features in comparison to other projects in same area

Seepage issues in Unit D. I hv an apartment there in B8. Seepage issue in my apt addressed during warranty. Now the common slab with apartment above showing seepage. Since such things can be attributed to defective construction practices, it suppose to be builder’s moral responsibility to take the timely corrective action for a whole building. Builder is sort of invisible god to reach us. Maintenance team expect to pay the quoted charges to kickstart work. If it’s a common slab then things are very difficult if any one of the owner reluctant to pay, as they think, during warranty root cause was not addressed. I m in dilemma and feeling being cheated by a big brand

Very bad experience , staff is worst

Hinjewadi phase 1 Bluridge Township.Good constructed homes,lottle bit high in range.But the location is good working in hinjewadi.We saw the township but avoiding to mention the prices here.Also the township is almost done only 2/4 towers are remaining.

Bogus builder. Their employees are not answering calls after taking token amount for their upcoming towers in blue ridge. No pro active updates from the team. If such is behavior after token amount then how would they entertain us post booking.And more, they will show sample flat only on the day of launch and are expecting us to make life time decision in a few minutes. When I told this point to Mr Praveen from Paranjape he says aap ko token cancel karna hai toh kar lijiye koi farak nai padta. They keep saying RERA number nai aaya isliye late hobraha hai. My question is, if RERA number nai aya toh ye token amount kaise le rahe hain us building ka.?

Worst experience I had faced today itself because after traveling 25 Kms to search flats of 2 BHK configuration in hinjawadi first I visited megapolis there the sales person treated with me very nice and explained very nicely but we cant decide in first visit then after i visited blue ridge there i was very upset with their behaviour after asking my details the receptionist told me to sit for a while time afterwards I sat for 1/2 hr none of the salesman attended its very hot over there and none of the person didnt offer atleast one glass of water also after sitting for 45 minutes I told to other person that I have to go so please call any concern person eventhough that person also not responded properlyAt last I moved from there and visited life Republic they also treated very nice after I visited immediately they offered a glass of water (that is sufficient in this hot summer) and explained nicely very much.Of the three projects I gained a worst experience at paranjapes blue ridge only .worst sales persons
