I have stayed on rent in this society flats are good but owner of flat and other society members are quite troublesome. Tenants are treated badly and someone might even hijack your parking anytime and come to fight with you for no reason. Owners will deduct your deposit for sure giving false reason. Verify Owner background before shifting here.

Highly maintained, least electricity cut, clean and tidy and spacious apartments with large windows for the best views. A gym and 5.5ft deep swimming pool always ready to use. Best society in the neighborhood without a doubt.

Central location

Amazing experience living out here from last 8 months. Society is not spread in very huge area with lots of building and at the same time not small as well. It has 3 blocks with 11 floors and 2 huge parking floors. Additionally society has nearly 10 beautiful bungalows.Cost of living: 16-18K for 2BHK (Unfurnished)19-22K for 3BK (unfurnished)Pros:- Next to Shoppers Orbit which has Big Bazar, Dominoz, AFC, LG showroom etc- Close to Airport (3km)- Amenities like swimming pool, basket ball, indoor games facilities etc.- And most importantly very peacefulCons- Society is in Vishrantwadi which in itself not very good area if you are comparing it with Viman Nagar.
