Location spot on. Luxurious and airy flats. Floor plan is spacious as compared to others. Hinjewadi IT hub connectivity is an added advantage. Builder is known for on time possessions. Highly recommended for living as it covers almost all amenities one can expect from luxury projects and no other project in near by vicinity offers such luxury.

Kalpataru Exquisite is one of its kind in Wakad. 6 flats per floor with perfectly carved out of floor plans. Sales team is very co-operative. Recommend to get one booked at the earliest.

Best loaction, very well designed appartments.Had been visited to the site last week, the construction is in full swing and its in shape now. The Sales exequtives and the staff are very supportive.

Location is really good, good connectivity to highway,pimple nilakh and other parts of Pune.

Rates are inflated. Too many flats (550) in less than one acre! For comparison nearby Swiss County has 660 flats in over 11 acres. Won’t be livable once occupied and parking would definitely be a nightmare post sales service. Look elsewhere.

This Project is very good.Sales team is very much responsive and responsible.
