I have joined the yoga classes for last few days now and I must say Shashikant Sir is not only expert at what he does but he gives personal attention. His dedication and the planned workout For each day is absolutely amazing. The yoga taught is challenging enough to keep you motivated and since everyday is a different workout it doesn’t make it monotonous.What a wonderful way to exercise and end your day. Highly recommend him for his sheer dedication and immense knowledge at such a young age. Love and blessings.
