I joined Aadinath Yoga in my third month of pregnancy and since then have been a regular student. Today, I mark almost end of my pregnancy (38weeks+) and would like to share my very very positive feedback for Smita. I have been able to keep myself active with the help of the regular yoga classes and Smita attitude to pay attention to individual students.Smita made sure to have a perfect balance of what exercises are required in which stage of pregnancy and customise it based on ones body type and need.Also, to mention the meditation sessions were just amazing.Thank you Smita and Aadinath Yoga, you made my pregnancy journey smoother.

I have joined Aadinath yoga classes 6 months back, I see very good improvement with my postures and flexibility. Smita is so dedicated towards the yoga, despite the online classes she keeps her attention towards every participant instructs the posture corrections whenever required. The best part is that instead of just instructions she does the aasanas herself so that the participants understand how to do the aasanas maintaining correct postures.She maintains a regular follow up for the issues mentioned and helps you with suggestions that will reduce it. If you have any existing medical conditions then she guides you what aasanas and breathing techniques will suit you and also suggests the aasanas to avoid. The meditation sessions are really helpful for reducing stress, anxiety. Highly recommended.

I joined online yoga class some 5 months ago. I had severe pain in the right shoulder with restricted movement (adhesive capsulitis). Since I joined Smita`s class, I observed significant improvement with almost free movement and no pain in the shoulder. Additionally my sugar level reduced considerably from Hba1C 7.2 down to 6.5 in the last 3-4 months. I must say this has been possible only due to the regular yoga practices I am following. It feels very refreshing with Yoga classes. Thanks to Smita Mam, she is a wonderful yoga teacher, very passionate, disciplined and knowledgeable. The kind of energy, love and care she has is amazing. She pays attention to every individual with correct yoga posture and breathing technique. Its really a wonderful learning experience, yoga as a way of life. I have been practicing Yoga at Aadinath Yoga Studio, Pune for last 7 months and I can definitely observe noticable differences in my body. I am gaining so much flexibility and strength ! Its challenging , but through the clear instructions and consistency of the trainings I can feel great results !Mrs.Smita Mam is a very friendly and professional Yoga Teacher. Let her know your goals, and she will carefully adjust the sequence and particularly help you work towards them.The studio is relaxing and quiet, with great music getting me in a perfect mood for Yoga. I felt a strong sense of calm upon arrival to her studio, and every moment throughout my session was met with peace and tranquility.It is a great experience !

Its been 10 months for me that I am practicing traditional yoga under the guidance of Smita. I have observed a lot of positive changes in me. I joined Smita’s class back in 2016 for traditional yoga practice and weight loss.Then for some reason I had to stop the classes but I was in and off under her guidance. In Dec 2020 when I conceived I was very sure to be under her supervision throughout my pregnancy journey.As I am border line sugar individual, she made it a point to take care not only of my sugar but also my thyroid which usually goes haywire during pregnancy. I was amazed to see the results that my sugar, thyroid and weight all are under control.She makes asanas practices very relatable to the current scenario. She gives a logical reasoning behind every practice so that first you can trust the logic followed by practice.I and my husband are totally satisfied by the way Smita has drove us throughout our ‘Precious Pregnancy’.Highly recommend for everyone who wants to modify their lifestyle for a long run!

Smita is an excellent teacher and a wonderful human being. She teaches every posture, asana and pranayama with so much love, care and sincerity. You are sure to fall in love in yoga once you join her classes. I had first joined her classes with the only aim of doing some physical exercises. But now yoga has become a way of life for me. Smita ensures that her students develop a love for yoga. Hence, not only do her classes help me to maintain fitness but it also rejuvenates and relaxes my mind. Its almost a year since I am attending Yoga classes under guidance of Yoga Teacher Smita. Things I would observe and would like to appreciate.She has in depth practical knowledge about Yogasanana, various types of yoga, how to perform them, benefits to our body, season specific asanas. In the current Covid pandemic situation she focused on asanas which help to improve immunity to fight this disease. She is also Caring and Particular.She inculcates positive thought, energy, happiness during sessions which are encouraging and helpful in day to day life to overcome critical situations. She conducts meditation in a very effective way which helps in relaxing the mind and towards taking self control.I wish her good luck.

I was beginner in doing yoga practices but it was amazing the way Smita Madam introduce me to Yoga.She pays attention to every individual, makes sure that every member is following correct postures while doing yoga asananas. Before the class my HbA1C value was 6.3 and merely after 3 months it has been reduced to 5.8. Even though the class duration is 40 minutes for 5 days a week, this surprising reduction is observed. Being the senior Scientist of age 70 , I truly vouch for the absolutely positive effects on reducing sugar level along with other benefits such as 2.5 kg weight reduction, increasing agility, sound sleep etc to mention a few! Excellent. The Aadinath yoga studio classes were very easy to understand and always dependent on the level of the students. I felt comfortable at all times, felt treated with love and respect and felt I was in presence of a true teacher. Smita teaches more than just postures. Classes are one hours long and the price is quite good. Definitely recommend this place to take Yoga classes in Pashan- Sus road.

Hi - so my journey as a yoga practitioner started 4 months back . This is first time in my life I am doing yoga infact from last many years I was not involved in any physical activity or excercise. After lot of recommendation I joined Smita’s yoga class and now I don’t want to miss my single day yoga.After joining Smita’s yoga class my anxiety issues suppressed .. I feel more focused calm. I joined her class for weight loss , I was 66.5 when and today I am 61kg. This is only possible because of continuous motivation, diet plan and weight loss excercises that I am doing under Smita’s guidance. The best part is everyday I feel motivated to go to studio it feels so refreshing. I should have started much before but it’s never late !!I must recommend everyone to be part of Aadinath yoga classes. Cheers !!!♥️

I love Smitas teaching style, which is very personalized to my requirements. I joined yoga to improve my internal stamina, and just within a few months I have seen improvement. I do not miss a single session, because of the benefits it brings. Smita herself also goes out of her way to help solve issues, challenges, etc. I have taken classes at 3-4 places in the past, but this is the best experience I have had so far.
