Gave my ASUS laptop for service. They took 800rs service charge without solving any of my problem. Dont pay until your problem is solved. I contacted the customer care of ASUS, they said that they were not supposed to take 800rs. This is a scamming centre.

These people dont receive call, They do not call, They dont inform by email or sms about status of my laptop. I gave my ASUS laptop on 22nd Oct These people told me that they will inform me in 5 days, today it is 4th Oct still they that neither called me nor tried to contact me by any medium. When i am trying to call them it showing busy always. Worst service ever.

Good and prompt service. Staff is decent and they are communicative about technical issues. They accept online cards payment and so is convenient. Usually its not very crowded but waiting time could be from 15-45 minutes since every customer depending on their issue takes a lot of time.

Best place for servicing of fell laptops, but the things is they are accepting only NFT transfer atleast tehy should have google pay or paytm. Else they have clean place and nice employee which help you and resolve your problem.

Pathetic, poor, waster of time, no competent person for google mobile. Not even worth of 1 star, they kept mobile at 4 PM, told me to go, it will take 2-3 days for diagnosis & called me at 5PM same day & told that motherboard, power button, screen display, all faulty, charge is around 25K, they charged me Rs 300 for diagnosis, I myself repair my mobile in just 2.5K...Its working fine from last 6 months...

Pathetic staff..totally useless..Dont visit this place ever...i purchased a new Samsung J6 handset from seasons mall for my wife . The phone gave problem since first day. It had problem with mike.Since i was not available my wife approached this service center and told them to thoroughly check it and if the problem is not solved then give her a new handset.This is within 14 days of purchasing the phone. They kept her waiting for more than 2 hours with my child and kept on checking the handset. Then they told her that they will check the phone thoroughly for 2 days and solve the problem. She left the service center at 3:10 pm and went to the restaurant next to the service center to have lunch. At 3:15 they messaged on the alternate no she gave that the issue is resolved and she can collect the phone. First of all why did they message on the alternate no and why not on her number. Secondly , the problem was not resolved in 2 hours and when she left the place..how did the problem get resolved in 5 minutes...So pathetic service..Useless staff..Samsung gives the worst service.

10% supportive people no co operation

This service centre phone has only one contact number and is never reachable. We get a message, this phone does not exist. This was reported while I visited but reaction was cool and reacted saying this happens sometimes. I tried more than ten times in last two days but always get a message this phone does not exist. What else one can say, forget about the service. Disgusting...

Tvs electronic has official service centre about Leeco , Xiaomi, Lenovo, One plus.Tvs electronic service has good. Problem solved has a earlier. Provide a good service for customers. And some accessories are available in centre as like Adapters, usb cable, battery,etc....

Totally unprofessional. Once laptop and payment is given, they promised to give laptop back after 21 days. And its two months now, they are still saying that, parts of laptop are coming. Very very pathetic service. I suggest not to do payment before service.Centre of looting people.

R U a Service Industry ? Very bitter experience with the service. I was told, the repair of my device will take 4 to 7 days and the charges were (as mentioned on receipt, written by hand by madam attending the counter) too much. That madam on counter no 3, Pooja, was not attentive and twice or thrice she yawned in my front early in the morning, If possible see the CC tv footage. She didnt bother the availability of parts of deviceTo my surprise I got a message in the evening that my device is ready. How is HTC going to improve the services. It was disgusting,The person on phone was very humble, polite and courteous, I think it was Mr Ilias. At my request I was not allowed by this lady on counter Madam Pooja to meet him.

To replace a laptop charger need to make multiple trips inspite of this clearly being a product quality issue. Pathetic customer service.

This place is at First floor not at 6th floor.....go by staircase and u will find HTC logo at right side....Service is good....They atleast listen to us whats our problem ....I dont like the cost of repairing as it was too high ....Rather id buy a new phone ...

I do not the quality of service but committed time by HTC service Center is really too long the service center people think that the Mobile user who buy expensive handset like HTC will have spare Handset and can use as standby till days the service center keep Handset of user really sad to see such class of commitments from from Service Guys of Well known Brand Like HTC .
