This is one of the worst services ever. The courier person neither calls nor waits to deliver. My courier has been with them for past 15 days and they expect us to be home 24/7. Courier delivery person- Siddhant from Nigdi office is absolutely misbehaved.

Hopeless courier service d delivery boy had put my courier in dustbin in front of house n went n we never got d parcel... Upon caking dey say do what u want we r fed-up of complaining everywhere n no result yet plz dont send ur couier by professional courier there are mad people filled there who does not know where to give d courier.. Hopeless service 3rd grade people.... No money given back by courier nor d parcel.....

So pathetic courior service.. They ask you to pickup your parcel from their center. So unprofessional service.

Great service, as promised courier packet was delivered next day from this location to Navi Mumbai.Have always used there service and provide valid docket tracking number and receipt.Accept only cash, no paytm or debit/credit card.Cheaper than its competitors.

Most UNPROFESSIONAL courier service in India. They have misplaced one of my important document. When questioned, persons were utterly rude. Professional courier doesnt even deserve single star. Do not ever deal with these filthy guys.

Dont even deserve one star ... Horrible and unprofessional service its more than two weeks and I have not received my courier yet which was dispatched by my bank from Kerala . They dont even call for why parcel is getting delayed or by wen it will reach... earlier courier they did not even do door delivery I hv to carry 15 kgs of my parcel as its less than 2 km from courier office.

This particular branch is the worst. One of my Amazon parcels was supposed to be delivered from this office, but instead they told me to come pick it up. When I refused because I had payed home delivery charges, they had the audacity of screaming at me to come pick it up as its not their responsibility to deliver it. Like, why the hell are you a courier service even for?! Baaaaad.
