1:I was satisfied with Swasti Yoga. The teachers were good Vikas Sir and Radha Mam were amazing. Radha ma’am taught us most of the chapters. She is an awesome teacher and a beautiful person. I miss her. Sayali ma’am taught us most of the practicals. She also is a very nice person and her postures are mind blowing. But I definitely think she needs teaching classes. I am a teacher myself for 6 years now and am not saying a very good one, but when a student is enable to do a certain posture in a prescribed manner we do go a level below and make sure that they understand. She didn’t bother if a student understood what she was teaching. She was just finishing the course at hand. Totally opposite in case of Radha Ma’am. We were told during the time of enrolling that a person with no yoga background can also do this course so my husband also enrolled. But it’s quite an intense class for new comers. He was disappointed and left the course half way. I finished it ,as I was aware of most of the things taught.2:I cannot comment on achieving the goals from the Course as of now as after the certification I moved to Canada, which is a new country and thanks to COVID I couldn’t start the classes here.But it has definitely taught me many positive learnings and I follow them religiously.3: I have already referred them to my friends and family. I am happy that few of them even enrolled themselves.

Yoga helped me to enlarge my perspective on life thanks to Swasti yoga center. I recommend everyone to know the essence of yoga.

I am extremely glad that I discovered Swasti Yoga for my yoga certification level 1 course in Pune. I really am surprised to know the depth of courses and the level of teaching at Swasti Yoga.
