Very poor service and I was Book ticket Pune to the nilanga latur when I had reached the departure when they will ask to me bus cancelled and shifting me another bus and Very unprofessional staff and rude behaviour with us . I will never Book again SHIVSHAHI and MSRTC bus service and never use red Bus service and they was asking mi pay more 200 rs .. why ...... very poor service.....MSRTC BUS

Traveling Pune to Ajara on 1st Nov 2019. Very very poor service. Departed from swargate at 12.15am , still we have just crossed Katraj ghat on 2.15 am. Not provided yet any alternate vehicle or solutionDisgusting service provider.No value of customers time for red bus.

I booked Konduskar bus on 30 Jan from Kolhapur to Pune at 11.30 PM. I made the payment.. Number of times called the office for refund still not received by redbus team. Konduskar traveller staff is wrost.. .. They feel that it is not there job to process.. Being such reputed company. .. Worst experience with red bus because i paid Rs. 285 for the ticket but other passengers were traveling in Rs.200 Only. The bus condition is very bad, red bus allotted me seat no. 6 but conductor was very bad and his behavior was very rude and He sat on me on the other seat. RED BUS have mentioned the pick up point at bus stand, Udiapole but the actual pick up point was 4 K.M. Far from this and I had to face a lot of trouble and west auto and fuel expense of rs. around 150 extra.I will suggest people dont buy any tickets from red bus. Red bus sucks.

Red Bus booking platform is doing wrost....I booked in kaleshwari Multi axel semi sleeper from Pune to Hyderabad...I got seat on local normal ac unhygen bus ..... unable to explain...but they charged 1300 Rs....its completely Red Bus failure...

One of the worst experience earned from the siddhant travel agency.Booked the ticket for damodar bus from siddhant travel agency for 6:30 pm, when reached at the bus stop staff of the agency said bus is delayed by 2 hrs, when again reached at 8:30 then again said bus will reach after 10 mins then 15 mins. Without providing any proper reason for getting delayed, we waited till 11pm then said the bookings has been cancelled, instead of providing help, staff of the agency started arguing, after requesting a lot they arranged a bus with the last conductor seat, we were 4 in nos and they said now we can provide only one seat and for that also we have to pay.Very non cooperative staff as well as terrible experience from Redbus, they dont have to do anything with customer.Highly nonrecommendable

They are giving me 3 different bus no . Worst service don’t go from redbus. First they told me it’s regular bus from Mumbai to Shirdi . Bus actual time is 11.30 pm but bus is one and half hour late . From 11.45 pm started calling to redbus but they are telling me bus will come in 20 min . But it takes 1.30 hrs late .

Hello Guys,I am sharing some feedback with you regarding redbus, please dont blindly trust on redbus if u are applying any code then take a screen shot other wise forgot ur cash back,this is happened with me not only ones but twice.PLEASE KEEP REMINDER WHENEVER BOOKING TICKETS....DO NOT TRUST.

I would rate 5 star because it upholds strong value of integrity as part of its ideology .The Incident was my cousin was traveling from Raipur to Pune via bus in Mahendra travels on 26th Jan 2018.Unfortunately the Volvo bus met vth an accident nearby Amravati and thankfully no one was injured.No back up bus was provided by Mahendra travels.But amazingly after 2 months Redbus made it a point to credit the whole ticket money of the journey to my cousins account.So I believe someone in d uppermost echelons of Redbus is driving d organization with core values of Integrity .Similar instance of an accident had been part of my journey in 2011 enroute to Nagpur from Aurangabad (Khurana travels).But Khurana travels failed to pay any form of compensation .So I would Redbus as portal for online travel booking rather than relying on these money gustling travel crook agencies.

What type of pathetic bus operator u had included in Ur list like Verma travel u just need to know as well that they are not providing such good services infact they are most terrible services anyone can have in there life and they are providing flase information such as departure and arrival time and still these type of operator in Ur list.

Dont trust RED BUS customer support. Very bad experience. Im not gone a use REDBUS in future. Not recommended at all. Because of their miscommunication customer has to pay the debt. They dont even accept their mistake and without giving proof they impose their decision on customers.

Redbus does not give bus booking gaurantee..We had done booking for 29th 00:15 am but we got a call from bus operator that bus is cancelled on 28th evening and if we want to travel leave at 11. We said due to our office timings we had booked it for such late hour as we leave after an afternoon shift by 11 pm..but they said then take refund and do a different booking.0 credibility and redbus help desk said we will refund but cant do anything else..very sad..we had our 30k spent for hotel bookings at goa so had to somehow book a much costly bus and very worst seat due to redbus doing last minute cancellation and no alternatives...very pathetic service not at all reliable.....very very bad ...worst experience ever..

Very frustrating service, seat alloted is already reserved by somebody else. The same story for 2 other seats. I lost 2 hours first one in sorting the issues and another one to get an actual seat. Would never recommend the service, redbus or paulo travels.

I have done the booking with Pooja travels from Pune to Nagpur through Redbus. On my day of journey I got the call from the operator that the bus has been cancelled. I called redbus if they can arranged the alternate bus for me they declined. Never trust this website as there are lot of fake operator showing on the website just to attract the crowd.

Seat numbers shown on website are different in bus. If you choose window seat in actual you get other seat.
