Good diagnostic center. Has 3 Tesla MRI.booked appointment over phone and found it good, there was no waiting. They gave me report after approx 15 mins of scan and then sent the report to my email.Satisfied with the service

Amazing experience, the entire staff is very polite, helpful, knowledgeable and cooperative.

The staff her is pathetic the dont take appointment and when you reach there it take half an hour for registration and then if you dont have good reference the ask you to wait and give prority to others who have come with reference and when you ask the lie on your face... I would not not recommend this place to anyone also would ask doctors not to refer your patience here if you do not have any contacts

I cannot comment on the correctness of the diagnosis ie the expertise of the doctor. But my experience visiting this diagnostic center has not been good.The reception staff seems to be trying hard to coordinate the operations but it looks like due to absence of system they fail to serve the patients properly.I had to wait for 1.5 hrs at the center for a simple USG. Only when I complained was my case taken. I wonder what happened to other patients who were waiting endlessly.Nucleus has to work hard to put the systems into place and align all staff members to their declared goal.

Had to wait 1 hr after appointment time. No coordination between themselves. You have run after them for reports and bills. I got better response from one of the representative named MAYURI who provided me required details within 1 min time span and other representatives were busy in avoiding me. Really very Worst Experience, I went for heel MRI and got the report after 18hrs and added unnecessary emergency charges.... Ill suggest not to go there, they dont have any rate cards for the MRI or any other tests. Dont believe on the invoice/bill they provide. They add whatever amount they want. Not a good diagnostic place to trust. Also they suggest some tests which are not suggested by your doctor and if u agree to suggested tests then theyll add unexpected amount....Also the attitude of the technicians and the receptionists are really very very bad. They dont have manners to talk.

Visited on a Saturday morning for ultrasound. They start ultrasound at 10:30AM. We reached on time and did not find any crowd. There were hardly 2-3 patient in queue. Overall process was quick and hassle free and everything was done in 40 minutes including patient registration, scan and report delivery.Front desk staff was polite. Only thing that there was a man with specs who seemed to be a new joinee and took a longer time to feed patient data in his computer. The other ladies were active and professional.

We went for MRI and they asked us to take blood sample in ct scan room where all covid patients are tested. Also the guy who took sample was not at all experienced. Very horrible experience.
