I’m doing Yog Sadhana under the expert guidance of Akash sir since few months now. I was looking for someone who can teach me authentic form and as an Iyengar yoga practitioner, He is perfect.He understands the capacity of his students and mend them accordingly. He never rushed me to anything and has high amount of patience towards newbies like me. He knows strengths and weaknesses of his students and guide them to the perfection. His little tricks to perfect any aasan or making students feel relaxed with various Aasanas is commendable. He is very soft spoken and the little pep talks between the class is very comforting.I’m thankful I found him and highly recommend him.Thank you Sir again for being patient with me and guiding me towards my Yoga journey. ॐ

Its been a working from home setup since a year and we hardly get time to work on ourselves..I joined nitya yog sadhna through my society group..I am a night person, however since I joined them my routine has changed..I hardly miss the class in morning..it keeps you refreshed all day..The excercise/yoga postures seems easy however with everyday sir brings in variations and they are quite effective..they also provide online classes..Do try them..worth your time and money..From a happy customer 😃
