Service is same as like kesari office.But they are agents, as in aundh this is only office for kesari tours.They have other tourism also.

No courtesy to revert back despite calls n mails. Got guidelines of Covid too overruled. Why doesnt kesari revert back ?

Really bad beginning. They have mentioned the closing time on google as 7:30pm. We visited the office at 7pm sharp but they did not attend us telling office is closed. Even if the closing time was 7pm, they could have attended us for at least five min so that our visit wasn’t wasted. Customers might come from far distances also. How uncourteous it is to not extend the timings for a client visiting their office in person.And lastly, if they have such bad attitude towards their clients, they should take some efforts to update timings on google also, rather than asking customers to visit their site online. No wonder their competitors are way ahead of them.

There staff not responding well..i called the two to three times and visited ..for my package details..its been 3 weeks..they are giving me my package details...bad experience..the reason i go there because ..i heard about their sarvice ... Im feel like wasted of my time.

I had booked kashmir trip. It was complete waste of time. They show very less places and also most of time was in hotel. No entertainment at all.

They not good in tour planning. They did fouls comment... Please beware dont rely on there plan, do your research where you want to visit and plan accordingly. Not recommend at all.
