2 stars for the infrastructure only. They have tried to fit good amount of instruments in a very small place.But training is worst part. I just took one day trial and I am on my bed for 2 days now. The amount of exercise they made me do was definitely not for a beginner.60 squats, 40 lunges and some other exercises.The trainers dont have proper knowledge of this exercise. 2 of them were wearing jeans and teaching me crossfit. They dont know what all problems can be caused due to such heavy exercise.Worst crossfit training experience ever.
