Dont go by the brand name. Irrespective of what the company management feels about their quality, you are eventually attended only by ground-level staff, which in this case is arrogant.

Hi All,I would like to bring to your notice that employees here have zero knowledge about logistics.Charging more then FedEx that is a big Joke.They dont know rates not do they check destination and blankly give rates.I am astonished how are they working with zero knowledge of logistics.Stay away not at all recommended unprofessional

They dont have bubble wrap to courier and box. They have sent me to next courier center.

No one picks up the phone.I had intimation from bank that my documents were sent,got no call from delevery /courier office.Tried contacting no respose......Neither local office in pune nor call center picked up..GOD SAVE US

Charges for sending a single lightweight envelope within city is 400..actual charge (by all major courier companies) is below 60.This might be branch specific

Very bad service as my courier was delay for over a week. I had to visit their office and they told me address was I but no one tried to call me to check for the address

Giving it 1 as I cant rate it less than that. Tried to call the delivery center, but all the time gets switched off tone.
