Broaster chicken is a casual dining restaurant that serves continental, Asian and American cuisine and mainly focuses on dishes that include chicken. The ambience of this place is quiet pleasant and seating is comfortable. Apart from chicken, you can also find appetizers like nachos, pasta, fries and salad.We went for chicken wings because how could we miss that and it turned out to be amazing. Wings were tender and flavourful. The burgers here were also recommended to us so we tried both veg and non veg ones from the menu.We loved how stuffed the burgers were and so delicious at the same time. This place doesnt disappoint vegetarians and serves great vegetarian food. One of the recommendations here for vegetarians is jumbo veg platter so in case you are in mood of having good chicken, you dont have to count out your veggie loving friends!

Visited this place on Friday evening. The ambience is not that good even the Air conditioner was not working properly. The service is horrible.Food menu ordered - Melting Chicken Pillows, Hot Masala Chicken, Pink Sauce Pasta, Punjabi Chicken Burger.Pasta and Burger was delicious and the fried chicken and chicken pillows were not upto the mark.The music was soothing and crowd was also good...

A good place to hangout with friends and family. Tried their chicken wings which were pretty decent, but their burgers are the best. Service was also fast to say the least. But the limited seating and kinda okay ambience hinders its overall food experience.

Gooood food... We had schezwan noodles there.. Although they looked a bit less red than they often do, the taste and the quantity of chicken was good!We also had chefs special fried chicken and found it good but a little spicier would have been mouthwatering.A star less... Geniun broaster chicken is American style cafe located in balewadi high Street .It is well decorated with posters and quotes. I generally like to eat Maharashtrian thali or north Indian food . Being a vegeterian I was pretty unsure whether to visit a place which has chicken in its name itself. But after reading some reviews from my vegetarian friends, I decided to give it a try.Located in front of Balewadi High Street in Park Grandeur, you can easily recognize GBC from the road.From the outside it seems a pretty big place but actually from inside it is bit small yet its really good.They serve some amazing burgers, appetizers, waffles and more. The menu has American base but with Indian twist. So, I tried :⏺️ Lemonade and Iced Teas :1. CHULBUL SODA [RS.139] : This was something unique in a good way. It was orange based soda with chat masala and cumin powder served in cut coca-cola bottle.2. PALANG TOD [RS.219] : It was a red bull based mocktail paired with espresso coffee. In a beer glass first the red bull wass poured and then a small cup containing coffee concoction was dropped. To be frank, its nice to watch this but taste wise it didnt appeal me much.⏺️ Freakshakes :1. CHOCOLATE WRECK [RS.149] : Perfect chocolate shake for my palate! The sweetness, thickness and the quantity of chocolate all were in good proportion. The size of burger was big and it was good in taste. It was served with fries and mayo dip. The fries were really good and crunchy. Also, the mayo dip was something new and awesome.⏺️ Desserts :1. CHOCOLATE SAMOSA WITH MANGO ICE CREAM [Rs.219] : I know this sounds little absurd but I really liked it. 3 small samosas were filled with chocolate and nuts. The combination of chocolate and mango was going really well. What should i say, much waited place to be opened at Baner has finally opened and has opened with a bang, having the lowest cost beverages including alcoholic beverages.Superb food and also forgot to mention the great freakshakes and the milkshakes offered.This place has a very lively ambiance and the staff there is very helpful.Have to make prior reservations to avoide waiting time. The complex in which is this place is situated in the premium one with high shutter stores. There are two types of seating arrangement inside and outside. Outside part is pretty dramatic. I wanted to seat, but my friends were sitting inside so I went inside. The tables and chairs outside are made up of wooden and stiff iron. The chairs have the flag of America on it. Inside there are two types of sitting, normal table and chair and high chairs. They have a small bar there and a bunch of tables. Dont forget to look up.Food: We ordered platters of everything Veg & non-veg both were delicious I love the food here. We ordered both veg and non-veg burgers & chefs special too. I loved the fact the name of the there this is pretty unique. The veg burger is called a Sanskari burger. The veg pasta was made in Dal sauce. They were pretty unique & creative with all of the dishes they served.Drinks: As we went in the afternoon the Bartender wasnt there. But we tried some mocktails and they were nostalgic to us. They have named Chulbul and Bulbul & served in half cut Coca-Cola bottle. Genuine Broaster Chicken has recently opened its second outlet in Baner and its already trending. I got a chance to review the outlet and surprisingly it was better than the other one which I had tasted last year in their first outlet in Pune in Amanora Town.Genuine Broaster is brand of Broaster company which is into manufacturing pressure fryers. Broaster chicken uses a unique technique to cook their chicken which is popular in America. Its a very old technique began in 1954. The deep fryer and pressure cooker as a way to cook faster which results in less oily but juicy chicken. We had lots of appetizers, burgers, summer coolers and desserts at the tasting. We did like some, some needed improvement but overall it was good. They have collaborated with well-known chef Harpal Singh to curate Indian menu. Lets get started with what we had..Broaster platter: This was another semi platter dish which had 3 typed of chicken. Legendary chicken, happy chicken, and hot masala chicken. The legendary chicken was good, its theyre an original recipe with less oily chicken which is nicely fried till it gets a crispy golden texture. The happy chicken recipe comes from our famous chef Harpal Singh, the chicken was tender and juicy but I didnt find any twist though. Hot masala chicken was good it was an Indi selection, fried chicken tossed in Indian hot masala. It had a nice spicy hint and juiciness was still intact in the meat.Melting Chicken Pillow -A small, Crispy fried chicken Tikki stuffed with minced chicken. The chicken was mixed with cheese and other spices which gave it a nice gooey texture. I found the filling bit less which created a bit dry taste. The coating was nicely fried and had that perfect crispy golden texture. Its actually a one biter appetizer which we can eat with mayonnaise. An Indian style pakoda with a twist.Mac N Cheese Sticks - Ive always seen pictures of mac n cheese sticks and it was always super tempting. The oozing melting cheese is what makes you tempt for these. These were perfect. The blend of macaroni pasta and cheese were so perfect that it gave a nice unique combine flavor when I took a bite of it. Nicely fried sticks which introduce you to the gooey, cheese heaven of macaroni and cheese combination.Grilled Happy Chicken Burger - Nice soft patty made up of the minced chicken mixture which was flavored with lemon and pepper. It had crunchy onions in the filling which gave a nice sweet and crunchy texture. The patty was grilled nicely and had a good soft texture which complemented other things pretty well.The Great Khali Burger - Name says it all. A double-decker burger with masala fried chicken pieces and grilled bbq chicken breast with a double filling of veggies. It was hard to hold in one hand. The burger was absolutely heavy but the combination was good. The super crispy fried chicken gave a nice start and the combo of crispy chicken and soft bun played a good role. Even if the burger was huge, nothing overpowered each other and we loved the creation.Lamb Rogan Josh - A minced lamb patty with Chef Harpal singhs secret spice masala and caramelized onions. The bun was in red color. I think it was beetroot flavored or theyve used red editable color, Im not sure. Somehow this burger didnt appeal my tastebuds or impressed me. The patty was super juicy and soft but the masala was overpowering everything. I think they used more spices and made it something on a stronger side. The spices really overpowered the juicy patty and I found it bit salty too.Overall Verdict - I really enjoyed my time at the Broaster chicken. My experience was totally great and loved the burgers. Will definitely drop by again as I have to leave early and didnt try the other things.

American menus is good dont go for Indian, nice and raw setup .Good staffs but need to learn a bit more about the menu.Even they served us complimentary when we went short.They accept magic pin vouchers too.

Best place for fried chicken. I went their on last friday and tried their khali burger and punjabi burger they were awesome. I am literally in love with this place. They have increased their prices a bit but for now its okay food is worth the price. They also accepts Zomato Gold. The waiters are friendly and have good knowledge about the dishes, also their overall service is good. Everyone should try the khali burger and nachos were good too. 5 out of 5 from my side👌

This is an amazing place if you want to go with a bunch of friends and grab a beer. The food is pretty good. The drinks are good and its presentation is even better. The customer service has been prompt too. The restaurant gives a vintage American restaurant feeling. The only downside about this place I feel is the music. The crank the volume way too high. Some people may like that. But for me, it just doesnt work for conversations over food.

Well I recently visited this place in the first weekend of the year . Hoping that to have a great time. But unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. I drove from Lonavla all the way and reached there around 7.30pm with very less crowd around And ordered 1plate Chicken wings. The order arrived around 8.30pm. the wings were just fried crumbs and had thin layer of chicken inside. Bland in taste. Decided to leave. The waiters were clueless all the time. Highly dissatisfied!

It has really nice music and Atmosphere. There was a great crowd too. The service was great but good took a long time to come due it being a weekend. Overall a must visit

Amazing fried chicken and reasonable rates for drinks. One of my favorite places to savour alcohol and some good fried chicken and fish. Really a bonus if you use zomato gold. The place is amazing except the ambience could have been slightly better.

Its a nice little outlet. Friends, beer and food! 🍻🍻 They also have an MRP menu, which is a nice touch. The rates wont drill a hole in your pocket. 😅 And if you happen to have MagicPin, go bonkers mate! 🤣

This place is near to my college and thus kind of a feasible spot to hangout for me and my friends.We have tried their happy chicken, cheesy garlic breads and peri peri paneer sticks.The paneer was fresh and was good to have with drinks.The garlic bread was very cheesy and my favourite.The happy chicken however could not make me happy with its taste and is a no for me...

I recently went to Genuine Broaster Chicken (Broasters for short) for dinner.The ambience is similar to a diner-style resto pub, with popular music playing in the background.I ordered the American chicken burger, which came with a side of fries. While the burger was good, the fries couldve been less crispy.Overall, a good place to visit with friends.

Straight to the point, only two stars for the looks and the crowd, to much of space crunch at the place, drinks are too diluted, even the shots won’t feel like anything. Really slow service and the fried chicken was oily. They went for this rustic environment with all the metal plates and refurbished cold drink bottles as glass. Not my favourite for sure. A forgettable experience for me.

Its located opposite Balewadi High Street. A cool place with cheap booze. Dont prefer going there at weekends because the seating capacity is quite low and the place becomes extremely congested. The menu items start from Rs. 250 to 500 each item. The management is very slow and this place has a single washroom for both ladies and gentlemen. Hygiene matters a lot in bars and restaurants, broasters scores 2/5 in it.

Great place to come and hangout with Friends. Not so crowdy but music can be little good. Food is great and you can also use Zomato gold here.

A good place to have sasti daru with chicken that tastes quite good. They have got many fried chicken options in their menu and the alcohol is pretty cheap in here. Just you have to wait on weekends to get a seat as the place is quite small.

Small place which serves good chicken, rather good fried chicken. They dont serve tandoor and grill options as of now. Liquor is priced decently. If you have Zomato Gold, you will get buy one get one free on food items. Their signature dish is Happy Fried Chicken, which is indeed very good and made me happy. Seating is very uncomfortable and the loud speakers can be well-placed. Pocket friendly, when compared to other restaurants on Balewadi Highstreet.

Almost every place at balewadi high street is a no bargainer but this place in particular can be described for its youth vibe, music, food (a no brainer for Zomato gold users) and its service.

Visited this place 2 days back.To begin with, there was no water in the washroom and only upon asking about it, they managed to switch it back on.More than half of the menu items were not available and from what was left, half of them were not available on zomato gold. There were a few items missing in the platter, to which the waiter said he wouldnt include it in the bill. When the bill arrived, not only was the platter included, the zomato gold discount was not used by the restaurant and we were told that the bill had already been generated.We argued and after 15 minutes, got the discounts included in it. While paying the bill, they then said that the card machine wasnt working and that we could only pay by cash or paytm.Overall, please visit this place if you only want to have the fried chicken (which tasted good). There are better options available in the area.

The service was quick and good . I bet you can enjoy ambiance and music along with the Food&Dricks they serve . We had a very good time at Brosters .

Best to visit at night with seatings both inside and outside, the crazy american theme suits the best with its food. overall price to value i would love to give it 5star.
