I ordered food online from this hotel. At the first, we were impressed with the quality and quantity of food. But when we shift that food into the vessel we see the reality. There was literally dalda in that fried rice. I think that health is always greater than the quantity of food. So if you want to eat healthy food then never order food from this hotel.

Channa Masala has below average quality. It feels like that uncooked peas or China, put over the gravy. Without cooking it and punish. The marotta is really pathetic. It feels like ready, made gravy. Despite this. With Ava, has better quality of food

I really wanted to share one bad experience of mine. We were gathered at Swarna Hotel to celebrate my 50th birthday,. One of, my guest lost his wallet at the hotel . After searching , we found it in the dustbin . Unfortunately , it was empty. My guest lost his money along with ATM cards, Credit cards ,aadhar card and Pan card. coincidently recording of party event has shown the wallet lying under the table. After Complaint hotel staff ,Manager has not shown any courtesy to find the matter among his serving staff. They tried to ignore the matter. so request all customers to be very careful with your valuables.

I am giving 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 to the hotel and food.And 🌟 to the hotel as it has only 1 common toilet for ladies and gents, when I visited there I wanted to use the toilet and I saw 8 mens were waiting outside the toilet and I was suppose to stand behind them for my turn. I did not felt good to stand there. The management should provide seperate toilet for ladies.

Got steal food... After smell got omitted...How could restuarant pack like this food...Are the chief doesnt have nose or he cant smell.Very bad from recognised restaurant..I can guess that food today deliverd by this restaurant to others will be have same problem because the potato which i got is spoiled and potato is used in most of dishes.For swarna rest...I tried 3 times to talk but your executive says he cant hear my voice.Told repeatedly call again..if you have range issue than what is my mistake...Yes mistake is i have ordered from your restaurant...Have got health and money lost...I dont mind money but if any one fall sick then guys go for legal.

This place is full of awesomeness. Very popular in all aspescts. Food quality, ambience, very quick service, good staff and managers. Recently I had my last office day farewell lunch party at Swarna, they managed the event so well even the manager wishes me with a complimentary icecream treat. 👍😊
