Taken parcel, Prawn curry fro Satkar. Opened on coming home and shicked at the size of fish provided. 2 tiny pcs. These people just play with parcel orders duping the customers. This has happened second time with me. They are taking customers for granted after getting famous.

Had Surmai thali here , fried Surmai was the only thing I liked in the thali, every thing else was just sour in taste no spicyness at all. Price to quality is ok but I wont come here next time.

Very nice food.

This place came before all the big fashionable fish places mushroomed in Pune. Its a simple Malvani style fish restaurant. Famous for their fresh fish thali and fry plates. Recently they have jacked up their prices to around the same level as rest of the fish places but i guess that is more reflective of the prices of the fish in the market. Dinner time you will always find waiting so be prepared. Surmai, Dry Prawns Masala and Halwa thali are my favourite. Also try fried prawns plate which comes with a lime wedge and green chutney.

Its heaven for someone yearning for Konkni/Malvani food. In Pune having such tasty and fresh fish is simply awesome.The meat dishes are equally great. Mutton cooked to perfection. We started with prawns fry which were served quickly which suppressed our hunger little bit..Crispy, not much oily and superb in taste these prawns were well made. We had ordered for Pomfret and Surmai Thalis which landed on our table in no time after our starter was finished. It contained one piece of crispy fried fish superbly cooked, a bowl of finger licking fish curry and a small bowl of fresh and tasty solkadhi. We opted for chapati, jowar and rice bhakri all were served hot. Curry with rice was the perfect end of this awesome lunch.

The fish curry is really good but other dishes are quite average. The portions are really small and not worth of the money you pay. We ordered a masala prawns thali which was for 369 rupees, they served us small bowl of prawns, bhakari, a mini bowl of plain curry (no fish), rice and Sol kadi. We ordered a ussal bhakri, but they charged us for entire veg thali. I would not recommend this place.

Youll get authentic and reasonable Malvani food, they serve fresh fish. I dont have much idea about chicken or veg dishes here, but they sure are known for sea food. The ambience is clean and simple nothing sassy.Do try and order prawns masala here, its amazing. A thali is more than enough for an adult but for kids Ill recommend ordering starters like fish rawa fry. Some dishes have a little bit spice in it so do ask them before ordering.

The best place to have sea food thalis on Sinhagad road. This one is a branch of the original hotel from Goregaon, Mumbai. The prawns were really fresh and yumm. The Surmai was fried to perfection. Not at all over cooked or under cooked food which makes it delicious and yumm. The chapati, bhakri, rice bhakri are also made to order fresh and nice. The solkadhi was yumm too. Must visit.

Liked the place simple economic good for family and friends. May not be suitable with children. On main road so accessible but parking not available unless u go late on working day. Service good food good taste and quantity also nice. Seafood lovers can enjoy there. Coconut flavored curries. Fish fry was the one I loved. Prawns curry was nice too. Washroom is probably not there. Hand wash is ok. I will probably go on a cooler day coz its close to road so can be a bit warm. On an all enjoyed.
