I have join the company in month of March 21, it was a great interview experience, HR team is extremely supporting. Although the onboarding was remote/virtual but it was extremely smooth. The company has also introduce a profit share plans which is been distributed to all the employees irrespective of the hierarchy, this shows the company standards and unbiased nature. I am extremely happy to be a part of SG Analytics family.

The way hiring team works is extremely unprofessional. With their work ethics, that they are still existing in this market comes as a surprise to me. They just stop answering calls after you are done with the interview. No feedback & no reverts. No clarity at all.

Take your interview for just time pass,if you perform well also, they saw you are not up to mark

Very unprofessional, they take all your interview ,let you know that you are selected and do not process anything further. ,More so over you are not informed any updates until you take the follow ups.

Good Experience till now

Totally unprofessional, they call you for the interview, then tell you that there would be 2 technical round, then 1 HR round, then after clearing 2 face-to-dace technical round on different-2 days. They again call you and ask last 3-months of salary slips and 2-3 ids over the meal, then they call you for final round for HR round, then they tell you that wait for 2 hours because HR is not coming meanwhile a person come and start taking interview on different technology, then he go to HR and tell her that candidate is not suitable, he was not able to give answers to technical questions then the candidate rejected. The worst ever process Ive seen as you called for the interview for the position of ABC and you cleared, then another person come, and start taking your interview for the position of XYZ and you got rejected because as per the last person you are fit for the position of ABC because the interviewer dont know the skills of ABC. How funny is this.

As a past employee I still enjoy direct access to the CEO/COO to discuss the industry trends and upcoming events.

Not so professional behaviour, I went there for interview they made me to wait for 1.30 hour no communication till that time. HR recruiter lacks basics to look for talent. I would not recommend it. First 2 min was enough to decide how company culture must be.
