Axis bank main branch, housing loan section take too long time for processing. They don’t have proper guidelines for loan process. Don’t have proper check list. We applied loan for my nephew. Very disappointed on their service.

I inform them to close my account but still not close every time they make debit for me this is very bad

Best part is Cash Deposit machine. Nowadays they are upgraded the machine, so it works faster and deposits soon than earlier time.Regarding banking services, staff services are poor which should be developed better.

I personally recommend axis bank & its pondicherry main branch. The banking staff they work are nice helpfulness. They clear our doubts and we know its there duty too. Axis banks net banking and there app are user friendly to access and use every features with security.To be honest.! My personal opinion is good to be with them! 💯

Worst customer service experience. The tellers are not professional nor qualified. They work slower than Moths. A co-op bank would function faster than this. Everyone keeps on asking other cubicle person for doubts. Non qualified people acting as professionals. Worst! Disgrace to Axis bank!

By far this is the most UNPROFESSIONAL bank I have ever come across . It took 30 days to open a current account , after submitting all the documents , the name on my official account has a spelling mistake !! And when I contacted them to resolve the issue , it has been 30 days again without a response . I am unable to login into the app or do a transfer nor withdraw my OWN money.This is in any case , the WORST bank in Pondicherry. Please AVOID !!

Branch wise OK. Never trust cash deposit machine. Out of ten time two time it was working. ATM and service are OK. All is good except deposit machine.

Went drop my Cheque leave in your main branch at 4 :10 pm , yes i agree that your closed 3:30 pm , there is no cheque drop box open place , if you arrange, cheque drop box in near ATM place that would be nice , i request your security to drop this his not allowed to go in side , i spend long travell to drop my Credit card payment 5 th last date , i feel sad and came out .thanking your best service
