Love coming to this office! The wait may be long at times but the staff and Dr. Pelachyk are the best❤️

I was impressed with Dr. John Pelachyks knowledge and professionalism. He performed a thorough examination and provided complete and concise explanations. I regret that he intends to retire, but should I have dermatology concerns in the future, I will return to Forefront Dermatology.

Professional, friendly and throurough.

When I arrived for my appointment, my wait time was only around 25 minutes, which these days isnt bad at all. The nurse taking my info in the exam room was very professional and pleasant. The Doctor followed shortly after and went through my exam quickly and administered my treatment in a reasonable time. Overall, my visit was very good and I have no complaints at all. It is a very caring group.

What an amazing dermatologist! I found Dr Pelachyk very knowledgeable but also very caring and compassionate. We had to wait awhile to be seen, nearly an hour past our appointment time BUT I immediately understood when I saw how much time he spent taking care of my 14 year old son. We were not rushed through like most doctors. Highly recommended 👍

Great service as always

45 minute wait for a 30 second appointment and the office manager clearly didnt care but just made pathetic excuses. Avoid this place as they clearly overbook just to make as much money as possible and dont care about wasting your time.

Ive had skin issues all my life &have been treated by several dermatologists in the USA & Canada. Dr. Pelachyk was the only one to cure the most serious problems & continues to help me for the past 30 years or so. I couldnt recommend him more. Hes the best!

Dr. Pelachyk was very nice and professional and helpful! I had to come in with my screaming baby and he worked through it fast seeing my hurry to get her out of there and he reassured me it was no problem which made a new Mom feel a lot better. He was very good at explaining my diagnoses and treatment plans even with all that going on! I appreciate his patience with her and I very much. Thank you Dr. Pelachyk!

From the superb front desk receptionist,to Dr. Pelachyk himself this office is outstanding! Ive been seeing the dr. Here since my teenage years, and now i take my children to be treated by him too. He is such a kind, intelligent, down to earth dr. The office here is clean and efficient. Only thing i do not like is the out of office answering service, these ladies know absolutely nothing...even though they have access to pt.file right at their finger tips.

I love Dr. Pelaczyk! He and his staff truly care. He takes the necessary time to understand his patients concerns. Im so glad to have found him!

Great manner and thorough

Had a short wait. Dr. Pelachyk is a great guy, explained everything clearly and got my Rx right in. Strongly recommend Dr. Pelachyk!

Dr. Pelachyk and his staff are both friendly and professional. The thing I like best is that they actually address me by my middle name -- the one I normally use -- instead of my difficult-to-pronounce legal first name. Why dont other medical practices have a method for doing this? My latest visit was a one-year checkup (all fine,) and they seamlessly addressed me by my preferred name. Thank you, Dr. Pelachyk and staff!

If there was a negative star I would use it. I made a formal complaint with the office so that I could review the doctors diagnosis of an area on my mothers neck that he said was non-cancerous. We went to Ann Arbor for a second opinion and it was cancer. I have not received any follow-up on my formal complaint. Very disappointed!!!

As usual, the face to face with Dr. Pelachyk was brief and cordial. The waiting time (1 hour and 15 minutes) is not acceptable.

Physician listened well to family, did assessment, treatment and prescribed meds for the problem.

Doctor Pelachyk is a very knowledgeable and caring physician.

Dr Pelachyk has been my dermatologist for 15+ years and I could not be more pleased with his care! He has properly identified various skin conditions of mine, both cancerous and non-cancerous. When he identifies a cancerous lesion, he removes it during the SAME visit. I would not ever consider a different dermatologist.

Ist time there upper body rash cured looked at shines didnt seem to be concerned now rash has been gone know need shins looked at they say now have to have at least 125 dollars to b seen now and having trouble and cant affored the past due bill .and takes forever to be seen by him.waited 6 hours once for 25 min consult.BEWARE
