Called regarding a reoccurring ant issue around the perimeter of my house but not a major issue inside. Let them know I had been spraying already. Ken explained given the weather and time of year I was unlikely to eliminate the problem surrounding my house and that the main goal was to keep them from coming inside which I thankfully had managed to do for the most part. Ken let me know that if the issue inside retuned he would be happy to come out but didn’t feel like I was at that point yet. He even gave me suggestions for what I could do outside to help with the spread. I would highly recommend this company based solely on the honesty, friendliness, and helpfulness of just one call. I will be 100% using them if needed in the future

Our tech has no idea what he’s talking about. Even a basic understanding of entomology would be expected from a service tech, but that’s not the case for us. I shouldn’t have to convince someone working for me to spray certain parts of my house. Especially when you can SEE the spiders. I’ve had more success with diatomaceous earth than using this company.

Eco pest control treated and removed a large hornets nest on my property. From my first call requesting assistance to the prompt completion of the service, they were extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. I was kept informed by the service agent of all issues related to the service including any safety concerns. This excellent company will be my only call from now on for any future such services, and my property is heavily treed.

After a no show from Terminix (a supposed reliable company), I found Eco Pest Control and left a message. Ken called back and scheduled for a couple of days later. He was responsive, and even educated me about what to look out for regarding possible carpenter ant nesting. Prior to arriving, he called to estimate an arrival time and was prompt. He was honest, communicated very well, and let me know about next steps. I will recommend this company to anyone I talked to in the area. I also love supporting local businesses and they are located in Port Huron so overall, lots of boxes were checked with Eco Pest. I called and talked to Ken regarding a yellow jacket or wasp problem I was having in my home. Ken took to the time to explain to me that given the time of year (December), that the reason these invaders were coming inside is because there nest was dying off and it would be wasting my money to have him come out and treat for them. I appreciate his honesty. Another pest control wanted to charge me 400 dollars to come out and dust and told me I would need to have them come out monthly for treatments at an additional nail 40 dollars a month. I will be having Ken come out this spring to treat my house and plan on using him for all my pest control needs in the future
