We come to this place almost every week. The place is always filthy, it looks like it hasnt had any maintenance in months. The floors are disgusting, the inside of some of the washers and dryers are disgusting and the place smells disgusting in certain areas behind the washers.On top of the massive lack of cleanliness, theres multiple machines that are out of order.For the vending machine, more than half of the buttons on the keypad dont work, meaning theres only one row of snacks you can get, and it wont give you back the money you put in, even if you press the coin release.The arcade machine also doesnt work.The lock on the bathroom door doesnt even work anymore.And now even the change machine doesnt work, so you cant even get the quarters you need to use everything in the building.This place needs to be seriously cleaned, and fixed up. The place is currently undergoing renovations and has recently gained new ownership, so I hope most of these serious issues will be resolved soon.

The C, D and A buttons dont work for the snack machine. My bf didnt get his money back. What a scam, no sign or anything to let us know that it doesnt work.

The washers and dryers work better than any other laundromat Ive been to in the area. Including port huron. The arcade machine is a nice touch.

Under new management. Owner is extremely nice and currently fully renovating the place. Expect new machines that’ll allow you to do a full load under an hour!

Vending machine steals money, never seen so many out of order machines, water dripping from the lights in the ceiling. Attendant on duty must be invisible. Bathroom locked, invisible attendant has the only key.

Lost 5.00 in the big machine didnt work

I have been going to this laundromat for 15years. I bought my own washer/dryer a few years ago, so I only go when I need to do large items like comforters. Today I walked in and all of the triple loaders were out-of-order. Making my trip a waste of time. I cant believe how this nice place has seriously deteriorated.

Change machine took my money but no number to call. Not good.

Currently at the laundromat as I type this. My fiance and I came here to dry our bedding and put a $20 bill in the change machine to get change, and received nothing in exchange. Very disappointed. Tried to call the number, heard the phone from the lobby but no answer. There should be some kind of phone number to call at times like this.

Their dryer left burn holes in all my sheets. The washers are all set at different times for same amount of money. Few of the machines ripped off my quarters. I will never go back their. I would give it no stars if I could.
