The first ever bridge connecting two major Islands in Andaman & Nicobar Islands came into existence in 1930.Port Blair and chatham islands connected by Chatham Bridge. Beside the chatham Bridge, Haddo warf is situated. On the chatham islands Andaman famous oldest saw mill is present which is attraction point of tourist. From the Chatham Bridge many fisherman do come for catching fishes.
Chatham bridge is connected to Port Blair and Chatham Island.
You can get fresh fish here in the mornings.. boats used for catching them will be parked nearby.. quite a nice view of boats and the sea
The bridge joins Port Blair and Chatham Island where Chatham saw mill is situated. The bridge is no well maintained. But the Chatham saw mill is worth seeing with good museum.
