Good and professional Tour operator, specially Mr. Ajay who co-ordinated with us is very helpful and punctual. Every transport and hotel arrangements done by them were good. The drivers were well behaved helpful and cars which were allocated for us were also of good condition.However it appeared that tour operator should have kept us a more informed about conditions of the roads and and timings everyday schedules and durations of visit allowed on the islands, that could have helped us to plan properly before confirming the tour.

Had been to Andaman to celebrate our wedding anniversary.And the entire trip was quite memorable due to the superb planning and support extended by Andaman discover team.Especially when the pandaemic is still prevaling.Will certainly recommend their services for family and friends..Keep rocking guys..Mr Sumit and Mr Amit both are very helpful and professional..Cheers..

When me and my family planned a 9 days trip to Andaman and booked everything online through Andaman Discover we were at first not sure about its service but the moment we reached there we saw a person who had paging board of our name. Also he dropped us to our hotel. Our tour co-ordinator Ajay used to inform us about the next days plan the previous day. From the first day itself the pick up and drop services were on time which was very appreciative. The hotel rooms provided to us by Tropical Andaman were also very good. Also the food in all those hotels was nice.Thank you so much Ajay and his team for our memorable experience.

Very nice and lovely place is Andaman.Radhanagar beach of Havlock is a heavenly place. So beautiful it is that I shall never forget in life. All other places of coral and water sports are charming and peaceful. Hospitality is very well everywhere there. No problem is there regarding transport and food also. We enjoyed the trip with family very happily and felt the Nature, especially Marine Nature deeply. I appreciate very much.

Worst travel agents and more is Sumit who mismanaged our tour. Ferry timings were changed for one week and travel agency was being informed by the ferry team but the Sumit didnt even bother to check and inform us. We missed our ferry and shuttled with another one after 4 hrs... Our whole plan was ruined just bcoz of them... The team is also Irresponsible.... Coordinator came just to receive us.. didnt tell the details properly and every itenery was changed after reaching there.... Whene we booked our tour and package it was diff and after reaching Anadaman they denied for most of the places and Sumit who was the organiser of this tour didnt responsd well...... I never recommend this agency for tour plan..... WORST WORST WORST..... THAT WHAT YOU ARE.

Andaman discover was the worst travel agent. Tour agent had no knowledge about the place and working days. They had messed my travel plan and itinerary. Had a bad experience with last minute hotel booking changes from them rather suggest you can do some research on google and book the stay yourself. Pls don’t waste your money availing their service.Very unprofessional service..!!!

I have been to Andaman and Nicobar with my family from July 27th to 30th (3 nights 4 days package). Andaman Discover has planned our entire trip very well. Valli, our tour agent was very cooperative throughout the trip. Our drivers both in Portblair (Ali) & Havelock (Sujith) were fab. Apart from some petty maintenance issues in Havelock resort (TV, geyser), rest was perfect. We enjoyed to the core. I would personally recommend Andaman Discover to my friends and others who are planning for a trip there....

I am the latest victim of this fraud tour operator, name Andaman Discover . Mr . Sumit Kumar is a big cheater . I have just reached Kolkata from port Blair today. I dont want that the innocent tourists would be cheated like me. I booked 5 nights 6 days tour from this operator in 2 star category hotels and resorts for portblair 2 nights 2 nights havelock and 1 night Neil for 7 PAX Out of these 3 are senior citizens (75 to 80 years old) and 1 child. I got the hotels which are below standard . Cockroaches and venomous insects are abandoned in the hotel also in the dining area. My little son got a bite from one of those while sleeping on the bed. In Havlock I got worst hotel named VKnot residency their staff has also stolen our 2 mobiles . We made police complaint in Havlock police Station. A star category hotel does not have hot water and breakfast facilities. Worst experience in Havlock. In the package it was mentioned AC vehicle but they provided us non AC vehicle. And worst is the behaviour of the staff of Andaman Discover. Very Rude and rough . They promised premium Cruz in the mail but gave us Government ferry which is worst than a sleeper class train . No safety no water and worst Toilet in the ship. Instead of 2 nights in Havlock they gave me ferry ticket 1 day before to Portblair after that he blocked my mobile no so that I couldnt reach him. In portblair for last 2 days no communication. We had to take our own vehicle and movearound . With senior citizens and a child I was so helpless in an unknown island I couldnt express in words . I have done many domestic and foreign tours earlier with different tour operators but this is my worst experience ever.
