A Perfect homestay. Nice location, secured and a little away from crowd market area. Rooms are neat & clean, obviously gives value for the money you pay for your accommodation. Property owner Mr Raj Prasad himself is seen very caring to the guests. Just let him know your holiday duration well in advance, he will prepare your itinerary to the best on your choice. Cost of conveyance seems to be a little in higher side, but comfort & reliability is quite satisfactory in consideration. Advisable for small family of 3 to 4 persons.

Calm and peaceful locality.One more thing impressed me is, we checked out early morning 6 AM since we had flight to catch. We stayed there for 3 nights in the family suite. Rooms and Washroom are very neat and clean. The location is just perfect. The place is very peaceful and still at five minutes walking distance from Aberdeen market as well as Water Sports Complex. Our stay was really very comfortable and thanks to Mr. Raj, the owner of the place for making our stay pleasant. He was very prompt in everything we asked for be it pick up and drop, meals or information. They offer complimentary airport pick and drop service. The breakfast is complimentary but has a variety of tasty options and the dinner too was very tasty. Mr. Raj arranged our North Bay and Jolly Buoy excursions and we enjoyed a lot. As we have to leave for Jolly Buoy at 6 am in the morning, he provided delicious packed breakfast. Raj is a wonderful host who is very knowledgeable and guided us well. Will surely recommend this place to other people for their stay in Port Blair.

Best location , located in the centre of port blair so very convenient for all the sight seeing.The place is clean and also affordable. Best for the price.The owner is very friendly and helpful.Food is okay but there was a little delay in delivery.Overall it was an excellent stay. I would prefer staying at the same place if I go to Port Blair again.

The rooms are adequately furnished and very much cleaned. Perfect for family stay, with kids.I must admit Mr. Raj is good travel planner and his guidance for Bartang trip added very nice memories in our bag. Food and all other hotel facilities are good, including complementary airport pick and drop included in the stay price. All the staffs are very good. You must visit Lotus Home. We will recommend to all.

We had a pleasant experience staying at this place.- room and bathroom was nice and clean- hotel staff had a great hospitality- it was a convenient location. Quite close to the airport. Walking distance from Aberdeen market, cellular jail, etc.- Hotel manager gave us good suggestions for tourism and eating spots- we had an early morning flight, they arranged early breakfast for us and complimentary drop to the airport.

The hotel is near airport. Room was clean and bathroom was also clean. Food served by the owner was delicious. He provides free pick up and dropping to the airport. He is helpful in planning and arranging your touring in the island. Overall had a nice experience with him. God bless the young boy in his future plans

Beware of this place... They serve stale breakfast and on complaining also they did not even replace the breakfast. The owner will be continuously behind you to sell the Bella Bay cruise pack and keep calling you 4-5 times a day. We stayed 2 nights but the room cleaning did not turn up. They do not allow to wash clothes. No access to refrigerator is provided. They have weird rules of no smoking and drinking in the room. Even the towels were changed only after asking them to give fresh towels. Also the washroom of room 101 stinks, the bed sheets and pillow covers were old and looked like and not changed since a month, no sheet covers were provided for the blanket.

Stayed with family and friends and I recommend staying at this place. The owners are very nice and they guide you for everything. Free pick up or drop is provided and also there cab services are very reasonable. Definitely recommended

This is such a great place to stay in Central Port Blair. This is not a hotel, it is more than that, I would could it a slice of Andaman with perfect hospitality. There are three rooms, a dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom which are all kept very clean and tidy. The bedroom is large, with a big king size bed, satellite TV and traditional Andaman style furniture and bedding. The water is hot and the Wi-fi is better than any hotel we visited for dinner. The location is very central to the market, clock tower and a fifteen minutes walk to the Cellular Jail. There are also two restaurants in walking distance, Annapurna Vegetarian Restaurant (which was very basic) and the Love Garden at Hotel Shrompen (proper bar with beer and cocktails). Raj, was brilliant, an utter gentleman, he looked after us and made our stay extra special. We fully recommend the Lotus Home.

Outstanding service provided by the owner. We didnt opt for tour package and he helped a lot in planning the itinerary. His guidance proved invaluable in visiting portblair and also about the ferries.

When we landed in Port Blair we never were informed that there was a pick up by the hotel car, We reached the hotel and the cab driver calls us saying he was waiting at the Airport. We reached the hotel and after that the driver took us for lunch and for booking ferry we never said that he was bad or rude, The cook and the drivers mouth was filled with Pan Masala and by evening the cook was drunk. We wanted to give a genuine feedback to the owner stating that this was really bad as we had family with us and it’s always about security feeling.The owner gets the driver and the cook all three were literally on us. The cook says I will not cook anything for them ask them to get lost and when I interrupted and ask them to refund the amount and that we will vacate immediately they just said sir I never said I will not give dinner instead I was asking if I could get dinner for the kids.We never apologised as we had given feedback and the driver also showed his fingers and said not to complaint or he would show his real face, The owner is not even listening to us instead he is shouting at us on top of his voice.We told him sir we are not giving feedback online instead we are talking to you directly he says I don’t care what you put online I don’t care.He says most of the customers are very clever when they give a genuine feedback I AM SURE HE WILL SAY I AM CLEVER......We don’t have to go ahead and put any fake reviews please check you have a copy of my Adhaar my name is PRADEEP KUMAR K from Bangalore

We stayed here for 2 days .Calm and quiet place , still not far away from market area . Neat and clean room and toilet . In fact full marks to cleanliness . Owner Mr. Raj is very polite and helpful . His suggestions and guidance was really valuable . Im giving 5 Stars .

The Rooms are clean and comfortable, Food quality on order is good, what we didnt like about this home stay is the misguiding behavior of the Owner, he kept misguiding us about almost everything from Auto/rikshaw fare to taking inter island ferries, he was charging 350 from Airport to the home stay while the fare was only 150 rs, he was charging 200 rs to drop to the Phoenix jetty while we went only in 100 rs, we asked him about whether he could arrange us a Govt ferry ticket, he clearly denied the help and infact misguided us about the govt ferries that we shouldnt even try for it as they wont give priority to the outsiders while we experienced exactly opposite in the Govt Ferry counter, we were given priority and we were given tickets as well for all three routes, anyone can easily get the ticket from the counter from 8.30 am to 4 pm, you will surely get the ticket, this Owner was consistently insisting us to take up the private much costlier services either from him or from other agents. Plz guyz dont listen to his advises if you are going on a budget travel. Totally disappointed by this Owners misguiding behavior.

Hotel, their staff and amenities are good. Airport pick-up facility is also available in this price. They also make breakfast parcel for early morning customer it is unique thing seen this hotel.

Owner of property is a person who gives you honest advice regarding vacation in Andaman. Rooms are good and near to Cellular Jail which makes it a great place to stay. Very nice home stay, clean and well maintained. Raj and Deepak are very good hosts and are very helpful. Breakfast and food are very good and tasty. Me and my family enjoying the place and the trip.

The room was spacious but bit of smelly after 1 day. When i asked the owner he said its because of humidity. I have stayed around 5 hotels none of them had this kind of smelly rooms or pillows. The blankets and pillows were very old and needs to be changed. I have also booked a Baratang trip from the accommodation, which wasnt pleasing with the drivers attitude. The driver said he has 10 years of experience but he didnt do anything in organized manner. He was in a rush and hurry all the times.

Good enough stay if u dont rely on them for food.. the room is centrally located and at walking distance from most of the sightseeing places.. but dnt expect home cooked food, what we got was downright poisonous - we found a burnt matchstick in our dinner sabji

Very Calm location yet very near to the market Aberdeen, water sports complex and cellular jail.

We had travelled with two families with kids here and had one of our worst experience in port Blair. The staff are drunk in day time and when told to the owner about it we were treated badly stating we are making false allegations. They even told us they will not serve us dinner because of the argument. There are the worst example of hospitality. When we did not want to go back and cancelled the hotel 7 days before they did not oblige and took the entire booking amount as cancellation fee ... very cheap people , please avoid this hotel.

After paying price tourist feels like they are been made fool and looted by these service provider dont hire car from hotel lotushome for vacation otherwise you will stay at road waiting car and driver without net or phone except bsnl I faced worst situation on 2nd may 2019 I have to wait 35 min for pick up from cellular jail his driver told at 11.35 he will come but for another pick up he went came at 12.15 on complaining honour he told told to pay extra and if we leave cab charges will be added in bill of hotel customer is king but these type of people seeing tourist fools us if we hire cab service from.honour how cheap and worst type he behaved with customer and making story of no entry these and that there is parking each and every vehicle is coming for cellular jail his vehicle went to pick other customer and honour told if I experienced many but as a tourist going Andaman dont put faith for car service .instead of help threat we are spending lakhs of rupees but these type of person fools us why we should suffer as a honour of Lotus home for money he will turn around his words and will give threat to add money in bill shameful to book Lotus home in such a good city of Andaman with these type of people in city
