As per my experience the ferries booking was very convenient and all staff were so helpful that they even helped with extra services like helping in hotel bookings or baratang trip.And even telling about there suggestions what to watch and what not to...About that of fake reviews about payment and refunds, i also paid them in advance they provided me tickets.. simple... and they also helped me even after that about all things i need to know about the spots to view in andaman and other island which was not even their duty.Thanks for wonderful journey experience.

Scam! Dont book here. Cancels ticket without notification and does not refund the money! Escalating case to consumer court. Rather use website of the ferry companies or other online agents!Other positive reviews seem to be written by themselves.Ferrybooking.in - I dont no about the other reviews, but mine is a genuine complaint and I can back it up when Google reviews it. I will also post a photo of my proceedings against you at the consumer court shorty.

Im waiting for my refund since march.No response from their side.It says they are temporarily closed.No active phone numbers or emails available to assure my cancelled tickets refund.Biggest worst decision i ever took in my life.Please initiate my refund process as early as possible,else get ready to face legal action as i have no other option.

I have been chasing them for my refund since COVID lockdown, it was acknowledged by them on 17th March but till today 26th May, it’s still not processed.None of the Phone numbers working..From 25th May, PAN India all the offices are allowed to open with limited capacity but there is no response on email as well.If it continues, I am going file police case against them.

I booked my entire trip tour with their help including ferry tickets, boats tickets and cab services in Port-Blair, havelock and Neil island. They made our journey more enjoyable. Drivers are always on time and they guided us everywhere. Rates are better here compared to other sites. Special thanks to Kalaivanan and sree for always assisting me.

Fraud! Booked ticket online, but upon arrival at the ferry was told that the ticket is not valid and had to buy a new ticket. Contacted them for refund, but response. Dont use this agency.

Best place to book ferry in Andaman some of them you can book online through ferrybooking.in . They personally booked makruz for me which is not available in their website without any additional cost(Same cost in makruz website).

A trip to Andaman was always in our wish-list for various reasons. So finally, we had a family trip to Andaman in April-2019. It was a fantastic trip. Unlike other places in India, it is difficult to arrange a good trip to Andaman without the help of an efficient tour operator. Fortunately for us, we got the help of a wonderful operator TravelKites (same as FerryBooking). The proprietor Mr. Vinod is an extremely friendly and helpful person. And equally importantly, he knows how to do it - at the lowest costs and without wasting time. He stays in Port Blair itself with family and he knows the places, hotels, travel agents, drivers, adventure operators etc very well - this helps in arranging things smoothly and most efficiently. He had given an entire list of the whole itinerary (including costs) in advance so that we could review and make changes if needed. The itinerary was very suitable and covered most things (in the limited time ad budget we had) so we didnt have to make much changes. Still he happily arranged for the changes we had requested. He had given us clear instructions about what needs to be carried, what needs to be done at each step.From the moment we landed in the Port Blair airport, everything was taken care by his team. The driver was waiting outside and he took us to the first hotel. I should mention here that the driver Mr Suresh also was a very friendly and helpful person. Then he gave us a list of the entire program - including all the tickets, hotel vouchers etc. It included Ferry and boat tickets to various islands (Havelock, Neil, Ross, NorthBay), tickets for the Light&Sound show in Cellular jail etc.. Clear steps with timings for each and everything was given. Because of all these, everything went very smooth.The travel to Havelock, Neil (and back to Port Blaire) in large beautiful Ferries (like mini ships) was very nice. At each location, drivers were waiting to take us forward (except for 1 place where we had to wait for some time due to some confusion).The resort in Havelock : Ecovilla was fantastic. It is bang-on the beach itself. You could go to the beach and come back anytime. here, we did quite a few adventure sports. They are very professional, patient and helpful. We did some more at Neil island and some more at NorthBay.People going to Andaman, please note: the mobile network coverage is very weak there. You dont generally get Free WiFis too. I think it is a blessing-in-disguise. At least for some point youll leave your gadgets and have fun! (In general, BSNL has reasonable coverage there, followed by Airtel.)Overall, it was a fantastic experience for us. Thanks Vinod and team!
