Very bad. There is no sufficient staff for attending customers.

Once it was the only office where you could book an air ticket. Over a decade ago, only Indian Airlines (now Air India) provided weekly flights to Chennai and Kolkata and this office served as a reservation office. Now people seldom visit here and mostly book their flight tickets through Airline website, other travel websites or through local travel agents.
