I was happy with overall tour planning and management. The team responded well and received as per schedule. Also they had taken care of cruise check ins , resort or hotel bookings without any delay. They taken all security precautions and warned about the places that requires little care. I talked with Ram who responded very well and helped me in overall tour planning,resorts etc. Thanks Ram for making trip wonderful.Note : May be it will be better if prior info regarding the beaches is provided in the voucher.

All the cabs were on time except one due to traffic condition. All the tickets were provided and tour plan was explained by the driver on the arrival day.If u r stuck they were reachable all the time. Vehicles were clean and people are very nice, always ready to help.

Preeti was very customer friendly going out of her way to satisfy us be it ferry tickets(which were otherwise not available). Booking sound and light show, cab service with friendly drivers in port Blair and havelock. We have already recommended her to others and willAlways recommend her to future tourists.

The trip for s very good. And the resorts are very nice..the coordinators in each destination are responded promptly and the drivers are also very good came by time for each plan..so I recommend everyone to book a package from this..tq

Discover Andaman Arranged everything perfectly.. Good service and staffs are really good. Had a wonderful time. Value for money.

I found Discover Andaman very unprofessional and there wasnt even a single day when we didnt face problem with their arrangements. We booked the Andaman Package through them in which we included Baratang tour. After going to Andaman we discovered that Baratang wouldnt be possible(return on same day) after talking to locals but there was no communication from the tour operators end. When we confronted them about this, they blatantly lied to our faces. Because of cancellation of Baratang tour we wanted to extend one day at Neil and cancel the booking of Port Blair hotel. They said it wasnt possible and they cant refund us anything but when we directly called up the hotel, they said we do full refunds before 48 hours. They kept on lying to us throughout the trip and didnt refund us the complete amount. Also, after reaching our hotel at Neil we found out that they havent paid to the hotel because of which we cannot complete the check-in. We waited for 2 hours in the lobby trying to call these guys hoping they would pick the call but they didnt and we had to sort out things on our own.Their behaviour during the trip after they had received the complete amount in advance was starkly different from their attitude when they were trying to sell us the package. There were other issues too during the trip but opting to not go in detail about those.**Update after Discover Andamans Reply #1*** 73 calls, wow. Thank you for counting them, just goes to show how bad your arrangements were that we spent most of the time calling you rather than enjoying the trip.* Dont worry, no one (apart from 4 of us) we know is ever going to bother dealing with Discover Andaman, let alone posting reviews. Those reviews are probably more dissatisfied customers :P* We waited for ~2 hours after arriving at Sea Shell (call logs to prove that, 10:45AM to 12:40PM). We got the last 2 rooms at the resort because of your non-payment (you had earlier promised that you had paid in full). Sea Shell deserves 5-star, unlike you they were courteous enough to let us checkout even after not receiving 3K from your end and also gave us an upgrade because of the wait we endured the first day.* Never asked for an upgrade in Munjoh. No upgrade received in Makruzz. Our ferry tickets were pre-assigned when the trip had started.* Baratang costing was given as ~10K by Mr. Ram. So either you lied before or you lied later. You pick. More important than the amount, you never bothered to tell us that single day return with ferry was not possible. And it was not a sudden regulation change either. We confirmed from locals that this was the situation for more than 4-5 days. You sheepishly agreed when we confronted you about this.* Worst lie of all: Not refunding our stay in Kokari Guest House for 1 night. We have multiple call recordings between Mr. Ram and me, Preethi and my friend as well as Kokari manager and my friend. After we were persistent and refused to let you get away with this (73 calls maybe that is why), you refunded 50% of the amount, while you did not end up paying anything to Kokari for that night stay.The only thing in our hand is writing this review since you hold all the cards once we paid you upfront. Almost all the claims we make including seashell check in experience, kokari refund, baratang misdirection, etc. we can back it up with call recordings, call logs and messages. Can you say the same? I hope it does not come to that. I am not even bothering to go into the mess-ups you did with scuba diving and how we found you overcharged almost 100% for night kayaking (we ended up going with a local reference)I wish your company all the best, it needs it :)If any customer ends up reading this long-winded rant, you have been forewarned. Discover Andaman is good if things go well on your trip and most likely they will given how beautiful Andaman is. But if for some reason, things go awry on your trip, do not depend on these folks for help. You are better off talking to locals directly who are very helpful.

I had come across their website through google search, and then contacted them, i just want to say that they have very professional, puntual service, during this pandemic, travelling is all the more difficult but they helped me during every step of my travel. Great experience with them. We opted only for the sightseeing package, and it was handled well by the representative Ms.Preeti, and the drivers. Though we had to wait a bit on the first day, the remaining 6 days were excellently executed. An impromptu plan of going to Elephant Beach trekking point was also arranged without much trouble. The vehicles provided in all the places were very comfortable, and enabled us to soak in the wonderful ambience of the surroundings. Mr.Abeer was exceptionally helpful in addressing our grievances and provided prompt resolutions. Would definitely recommend!

Our trip to Andamans early this month was simply awesome. Its heaven on earth with Pristine blue waters , white sandy beaches, amazing marine life & great sea food. This experience was made flawless by the expertise of Experience Andaman team. Advance planing is a must when visiting these islands as it requires advance booking of good resorts and ferries from one island to the other. A detailed conversation with their representative Abranil (who would take our calls even on his off day and after work hours ) understand our requirement of the way we want our holiday to be...with perfect suggestions , helped us to trust them with our planning and bookings. We went to Andaman in mid April this year. Dtailed itinerary was shared for our reference. It was a 8 days trip and execution was exactly as par plan. For local transport cabs were arranged and we never had to wait for cabs :) Their team members were very polite and answered all queries patiently. Flawless execution by Prithi. Well organised. We had gone with them only land and sea transport. All places covered as per our programme. Ferry tickets were Royal and Luxury which is not expected by me in the economic package. Definitely I will recommend to my friends and relatives to go through Discover Andaman.

We went to Andaman in december 1st week. Our trip was organised by discover Andaman ..they really do plan the trip very well .all the arrangements were very well done. Cab services were good. We booked hotels separately, other arrangements like cab, ship tickets were taken care by these people. I recommend them for good service. But dont ever book sea walk. Its utter waste. Instaed go for snorkeling..at least u getting see some fishes.

The Andaman experience, courtesy Discover Andaman HolidaysHad heard of so many people going to Andaman for holidays, but never did I realize what lied there in that “Untouched Paradise on Earth”. To tell the truth, my expectations weren’t so high. But ever since this island gave a glimpse of its beauty from up above, I couldn’t have been more mesmerized in my life. 6 days and 5 nights barely seemed enough on this dreamland. And had it not been for Discover Andaman Holidays, this trip couldn’t have been so fruitful. Our stay was pretty good, and travel itinerary was well managed. Everyday we had something amazing to see, from the myriads of beaches to the remains of the Cellular jail and British colony in Ross island. Scuba diving was a lifetime experience, so was the food and hospitality at Anju Coco cafe in Havelock. And people here are so honest and helpful. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for more.But along the way, one of us got ill and we were really worried, as medical facility in Andaman is not readily available, more so in Havelock and Neil island. In-spite of being a doctor myself, I was helpless as there were no pharmacies in some places. But thanks to Prithy ma’am from our agency, we could procure the medicines needed and the patient recovered. I would forever be thankful to her.There were a few hiccups I would like to mention here. The service provided by Hotel King’s in Port Blair was far from being professional. It was disappointing to see how it was being managed by its staff. And then there was this driver in Neil island who seemed so restless and full of attitude (unlike any other person we met), that his presentation to the tourists hardly was of any concern to him. Loud remix music and rash driving was a norm for him.Even with these minor setbacks, I would remember this trip as one with many fond memories. And I would definitely recommend Discover Andaman Holidays to anyone who wants to experience this paradise.

Wow we just had an amazing trip to Andamans !Thanks to Discover Andaman!They are professional and provide amazing service.Prithi, reservation head, has good experience in conducting tours. Sudhir, the logistic head is very efficient in handling all the guest.All islands have beautiful beaches and each one is unique. Our stay at Havelock was good. We had our first experience of scuba diving and snorkeling. Our experience with seven seas @ Neil island was bad as the rooms are without geysers, when asked for hot water he brings a half bucket from kitchen which is insufficient.We visited the Baratang island, the experience one gets while driving to this island is just awesome!Over all we had an excellent trip!

We have taken a package from discover andman from 1st December to 6th December 2018.It was over all good experience however hotel at Port Blair which was seven seas had worst experience in terms hospitality and cleanliness. Staff were very rude and foud lack of Co-ordination..although, Prithi from discover andman she has done tremendous Job throughout my stay in terms of cooperation.. Its been very long time me & my wife thinking to travel Andaman-Nicobar islands. Many of our friends has given very good review/feedback about this place. But whenever I checked the tickets or stay, always the prices are on higher side. Almost 3 to 4 time we had planned for Andaman, but each time one or other issues were stopping us. So I was always had a feeling that, visiting Andaman is always expensive. I had this feeling, when I contacted a Travel website i.e. Discover Andaman Holidays. Mr. Abeer (owner of ‘Discover Andaman holidays’) promised to give me the best tour package to us with in our budget. Before I go, I was trying to learn more about the Andaman lslands and I was very excited day by day.Our Journey has been started from Chennai (we travelled Bangalore to Chennai by Train – because Bangalore-Andaman ticks are expensive than Chennai-Andaman). Our flight was morning 7.am from Chennai. Before I leave from Chennai, I contacted Mr. Abeer from ‘discover Andaman holidays’ and he ensured that, someone will come and pick us from Airport. When we landed in Port Blair, one Mr. Rahul came to pick us. He introduced himself, he born and brought up in Port Blair. He was very polite and he has very good knowledge about the places, restaurants & attractions in Andaman. We directly went to Havelock island resort. The Rooms were very big , Neat and clean. The resort staff was very polite and they always there is help you. Once you open your windows you can have a beach view from your bed ! and ofcourse the Food. I must say the food was Yummy and very tasty. They provide all type of Food. We freshup and I got call from “Discover Andaman Holidays”, Mr. Abeer has come to see us and he introduced himself that he is the owner of the holidays. We were surprised that, how a owner can come to see the guest. He explained that, most of the time, any one day in the package, he meet all his guest to check the service, facilities of their packages. He asked Mr. Rahul to assist us 24/7, if there is any help needed.After refreshing we went to Jolly Buoy Island, and started exploring the beach and there was not much crowd. I would suggest this is the best beach for Honeymoon couples. We could see there were a lot of newly married couples from india and abroad. Usully tour operators will not include this place in their packages (because its bit expensive than other beaches), however we felt very lucky that, in our package, we covering some of the best attractions in Andaman like Jolly Buoy Island, Cellular Jail, Ross Isand, Chidiya Tapu, Northbay Island, Ocean Ferry etc..We explored most of the beaches and really loved the way the staffs from restaurants & resorts treated us. The best thing in our package was Scuba Diving, Parasailing & Kayaking . I must salute the organizersof “discover Andaman” team. Really hats off to you guys, for the excellent professionalism . My wife was scared of Scuba diving. The instructors were so nice and they took 15 minutes class about the scuba diving and how safe it is. Our companion Mr. Rahul from Discover Andaman team, were encouraged us for participating in all these adventures games.On Day 4th, we had visited Elephent beach. We have enjoyed a lot In this beach. We got free banana ride and Snorkelers.We have been to Andaman for 7 days and in this period, we have got a lot of memory for rest of our life. I have visited many places through different packages, but Andaman is the best and must visit place in Earth.
