I was about to cancel my tour to andaman due to unavailability of ferries and other covid related confusions. Pristine came as a blessing to us as we had planned a last minute long trip in peak season to the Andamans . Prajna was more than accommodative of our requests , we had done our research on the hotels , cruises and locations before we contacted pristine .the rates seemed reasonable and we were gladly surprised to see that the hotels were really comfortable , as we had two small kids and they require their own logistics.Therefore it was really comfortable when at each jetty we had a cab waiting to take us to the hotel .We had also made some changes mid trip that was accommodated.Some Tips for those travelling to Andamans1. Try to stay at dolphin only at havlock its worth every bit2. Do all diving and snorkeling in Neil island if not going then at havlock . Dont do it all at portblair .3. Most cabs do multiple customer drops hence coordinate with pristine rep in advance.4. Clear everything in detail in email.5. Only BSNL works ..so if you hav any other phone .. you will enjoy the trip more .6. Lastly if you reach that part of the world stay for atleast a week and go to other islands and read up about activities & places before u reach there as you will hav no connectivity for research.Hav a great trip

PORT BLAIR.. abhitak rongte khade hojaate hai...🥺 Overall we visited 3 Islands..but I must say... It feels like.We tasted.3 slices of heaven 🌨️...In between this .. Pristine team got in touch with me when I had almost closed my deal with another operator. They offered me a very aggressive package and I decided to try them out as Khushboo was sounding very genuine. When we book something remotely there is a doubt in our mind that we may not be served what is promised over the phone but in our case we got more than what was promised. Nothing more to expect 👌Right from the time of landing till our departure they gave you the best hospitality experience.The entire crew was extremely friendly and we never felt that we are meeting them for the first time. They were prompt in suggesting how to plan your day so that my one year kid doesn’t feel exhausted. Prasenjit is one of the best hosts that I have come across. It was an excellent trip kudos to entire team for timely and cordial arrangementsI would like to mention most of the things point by point.Pros1. You dont have to worry about anything everything will be arranged as planned.2. Drivers and tour managers are cordial and receive you exceptionally well.3. They will give you the proper recommendations in terms of hotels to eat out in restaurants.4. What ever is given in the plan will go accordingly. But sometimes it would be flexible because of ferry timingsas Makruzz is not available at these times of pandemic5. In Havelock the Sands Marina resort was great and the food was also good with reasonable prize.Special mention: Khushbu,thanks for the help in rescheduling flightsMy flight got cancelled on the day of schedule so had to talk to the customer care of airlines which had a pathetcic customer care need to wait for atleast 2 hrs to connect to informed them about this for which they had talked with customer care of airlines and helped in rescheduling the flight which i had not to worry about.Cons.1. Sometimes you dont get enough time to see the places which you wish for.For visiting Cellular jail just gave me 30 min which of course is not enough such a historical place.Next had to visit Chidiyatapu,Shoping and again back to cellular jail for light show some of which could have been scheduled on the 4th day which did not have any plan.2. Sometimes you dont have anything to do they will just leave a day wasted. ( I agree with your justification just given that this was because of ferry timing issue in pandemic times).3. The Hotel which was booked in Port Blair Keys Aqua green was not that good and most of the people dont such a type of hotels in to reside in such wonderful tourist place as beach side hotels exists.Food was way not at all good in that I told this to tour manager their only. This might be because of my flight reschedule that I agree if they partner with them better to ask customer. As this kind of hotel exists inall cities most of the people would not prefer this if they know.Over all they are well arranged and cordial show you what ever is been promised.I would recommend that If you are not familiar and cant decide plan on your own sure they are best to go they will arrange everything in well designed manner.Thank you for the trip. We made our booking with Pristine Andaman for our honeymoon during covid times when no private cruise/Ferries were operational and only govt commute was available with less/no confirmation of getting the tickets timely. Here pristine Andaman was extremely helpful. From cab service to booking the tickets of the ferry to making last moment changes in the bookings of hotels due to our rescheduled flight-everything appeared smooth with pristine and its amazing employees , i.e. khushbu, Tapan, Chhotu and Sujith.. everything felt as comfortable as home with best service.. overall, the stay went amazing at Andaman...all thanks to them!

We made the most of this trip to Andaman Islands thanks to sincere and passionate supporting facilities extended by Madam Khushbu and her team including all those affiliated to lead us to various locations by road and on board a ship as well. Khusboo , Shekhar, Kamal, Tapan, Abdullah, Saurabh and the other associates deserve special appreciation for evincing their commitment in extending hospitality during our sojourn at Havelock , Neil Islands and at Portblair. I found the Tour company one of a professional one..Infact the association started from the time I was planning the itenirary..I had to Amend my itenirary multiple times due to changing commitments and our tour executive Mrs Monisha had designed me the itenirary several times to suit our need . I have deep appreciation for her patience and professionalism. I has visited Port blair and other islands with family of four including children .The tour was conducted with absolute precision without any glitch The vehicle provided was clean as per our choice at all the islands. We booked our Andaman trip which includes Port Blair Swaraj Dweep and Shaheed Dweep. Its was a 5 day short trip and believe we were craving for more. The trip was well Planned by Pristine Andaman Team, special thanks to Naheeda and her team, who all helped us in last moment booking (our ferry as Green Ocean ferry service was suspended)from Swaraaj Dweep to Shaheed dweep. The schedule of each things like Cabs arrangements, hotels arrangements and sightseeing to Baratang, Cellular Jail, Radhanagar Beach, Laxhmanpur, Sitapur beach spots, Natural Bridge etc were on time. Would definitely recommend their service to friends and family. Thank you for making our trip memorable.
