The Resturant food was very good..specially all sea food..one must try here..

I am a food blogger and food traveler. I love to explore food while I travel. I love to cook and I appreciate creativity.My aim to visit the restaurant was to try their seafood. I decided to order seafood as starters and then decide if I should order anything else. I ordered fish cutlet and prawns lemon pepper fry.Fish cutlet: (150/-) I assumed two small cutlets to arrive. But they gave one cutlet. Since I was with my partner, I decided to make it a half. The crust was hard and it did require some strength to make it half. The fish was frozen and then overcooked. The cutlet wasnt juicy and didnt taste fresh. Not worth it.Prawn pepper fry(300/-): As per their preparation, prawns is deep fried in batter and tossed with onions, garlic, soya sauce and pepper. The prawn was overcooked, tasted liked frozen fish as the juiciness was absent. The sauce was slightly burnt. Maybe thats the way they planned it to be, but I didnt like it.In short, I will not visit this place for seafood. One local from the other table also ordered fish and he returned the food.Positive: Some tourist in the side table might have ordered veg or chicken and they seemed satisfied hence one star.

This restaurant is such a pathetic restaurant in terms of food, cleaning and services. We got to know about this restaurant from a pamphlet in our hotel and thought of visiting this. Our first impression was on down side by looking the underground location and what happened after was disgusting.AC was not workingWe ordered non-spicy starters (chilly potato). We also mentioned that main course should come only after we finish the starter.First main course came. After finishing half , this starter came. It was boiled potatoes mixed in spicy curry. It was neither chilly potato nor non-spicy.There were hell lot of small cockroaches everywhere on the tables.We had stomach infection after eating here.

Good place for a quick bite. As usual in andaman its pricey but the food was more than edible with a courteous staff. Talk to them in Bengali and they become pleased and provide better service. Ambience is so so... But the place is such that you just cant expect great ambience. Small place for a quick bite. It was close to the hotel I stayed.

Bad food.?Child labour- the one who serves food looked like a teenage boy. Most of the food in their menu was not available. What was available was not so good also. Taste- below average. Cost - above average. If you have a choice, go to some other place or better miss a meal. Youll regret going to this restaurant in port blair.

I must say , it was awesome and yummy having food at rolacosta restaurant specially the tandoori fish, Also the staffs were so humble. I would recomment for rolacosta.

The quality of food is far better than other top level hotels at an economical price. However, it takes a bit time to get stuffs. Staffs are friendly, and the hotel is hygienic. Overall a perfect place for eating quality stuffs.

Worst food in port blair. Tawa fry tuna was black and burnt . Could not eat . Chicken curry was oily and bad tasting . Avoid this restaurant .

Not good. The table was dirty. They do not even asked for water. Spoons were dirty. Overall experience was very bad.

Just.. Wow ... enjoy the desi flavour... and sea foods at reasonable price.

The fish was not fresh at all. It was not white inside like a healthy fish would have been and was rubbery. Really disappointed. The service was slow, and the staff wasnt welcoming nor friendly. Felt like an outcast there.

Its very rare that I give a one star to a restaurant. There ambience might be good but I got a packed take away dinner from this place. The chicken was very spicy and in the garlic naan the garlic was not peeled properly.

We have visited Andamans last week and came across this restaurant on suggestion of one of experience Andaman driver we met.In the 2 days stay in Port Blair, we ate food here only.Not sure about non vegetarian food, but in vegetarian, we ordered paneer butter masala, fried rice, naan, tandoori roti, chapati, biryani and rolls in our 2 days stay.Each and every dish was of excellent quality and best taste.We even ordered parcel in airport as our flight got delayed.Recommended it to everyone who is visiting Port Blair and looking for quality and tasty food.

Dis was my third visit to rola costa in dis month.....great taste as expected.. in reasonabl price....peaceful ambience....wud suggst ol to visit dis place.
