Stayed here for a friends wedding. Rooms are very well maintained.24*7 hot water supply.Towels and other goodies are provided.Extra charge for bottled drinking water.A/c wasnt working and later shifted to another room.Parking available.Lift maintained well.Overall, A good classy hotel.

Posh, Clean, Inexpensive, Friendly service.. Nice place to stay while in Pollachi.The rooms are large and spacious. The restrooms are spacious and immaculately maintained. Kudos guys, thats why I always stay with them when in Pollachi.

I aint satisfied with the facilities that theyd provided. Especially lack of bathroom amenities and tv channels are not working properly. I wont blame not only to the housekeeping team. The entire team is responsible for it.

Management was bad. Rude, unprofessional. Not customer-friendly at all. So much of miscommunication between people in the management. Chased us out in the matter of an hour with no rooms in other places, even though we asked for an extension. No accountability.The rooms are good. Its a pity the way it is managed is poor.Please be clear with the management about your plans if you are going here.

This is a compact, recently built place (not more than three years I guess), 500 meters off the main road. Google maps will lead you here without any fuss. Its a lodging facility, mostly preferred by people who drive their own. Theres some covered parking area and even a larger open parking place. Even though there is no kitchen attached with it, they can arrange food. In any case, most are likely to stay for a night. The staff are courteous and helpful.

This is the second time im staying in this hotel. rooms are spacious and almost tidy. staffs are very friendly. i would prefer to stay here again if i go to pollachi. things to improve 1. hot water. 2. intercom. 3. drinking water.

Fairly good location - 1km from bus stand. room was a really good size with a hot shower. description stated that the room included breakfast, which was good but the restaurant was closed so we had to eat in our room, and they wanted an extra 100 rupees for coffee.

Location is Good. 1 Km from Busstand. Neat and clean rooms and bathrooms. Staffs are helpful including security. Parking is available but only for 4 to 5 Cars. Good for Families too. Overall Experience was good.

Worst experience... Booked in mmt and they didnt give any room when i reached there.. It seems like they have some issue with the online booking apps because of which customers has to face issue . Kindly dont book this hotel.

Newly constructed hotel by people new to hotel business. No restaurant attached. In triple bed rooms, mirror, dressing table and almarah kept inside wash room. Never seen anywhere. You can use either one (toilet / bathroom / dressing table / mirror / wash basin ). Idiotic planning.

Hotel stay was excellent, neat room, good ambience, as restaurant was under renovation i couldnt have food, parking also spacious. family stay or individual good and safe hotel.

The hotel is near the city centre. its pretty new hence the rooms are pretty decent. the restaurant was closed. the service was poor. no room service.
