Thank you so much Amanda for calling and clarifying things. I appreciate your call and assistance.I enjoyed my time living here in 2020, I never had any issues during my residence. It is a nice, safe place to live.
This is such a great apartment! We needed somewhere to stay while our house was being built and we couldn’t recommend it any more. The staff is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. We had no issues living there for a year.
I was able to stop by this weekend for a tour and I had the pleasure of meeting Jalen. I was really impressed with his knowledge of the area and the property was beautiful!
Stopped by for a tour and I was really impressed with the professionalism of the leasing consultant and building was beautiful!
Ive lived here for just over a month and couldnt love it more! From the moment I walked in to tour it felt like a place I could call home. Jalen was the leasing agent that helped me and I have to say he added to the reason I went with the property! He was quick to respond to every question I had during the process and so kind throughout it. The grounds are pristine and always being tended to by the team. I had two cosmetic maintenance requests upon move in and they were done the very next day! Loved that guy too! I also had a team member take my trash bags as I was walking out to leave for the day to dispose of them for me and another team member has helped me at the dumpster twice! I was moving in and had extra trash several times. Might not sound like much but the collective efforts from the team goes a long way! I dont have reserved parking yet Ive never had an issue getting a spot where I want. Location is A+ as well! My apartment faces the Dart Rail and it isnt loud at all! Feels like city living in the suburbs and I personally love it! I also cant hear much if anything in my apartment in terms of neighbors. I was a homeowner for 6 years prior to moving here and was very nervous to be in an apartment setting again. Luckily Aura One90 staff and neighbors have proved living in an apartment can be a peaceful fun experience!
WORST WORST WORST!!!!!!! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I SWEAR ITS THE WORST APARTMENTS IV EVER LIVED IN!!! I CANT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW BAD THIS IS I DONT EVEN WANNA GIVE THEM 1 STAR!People yelling, people jumping off the balcony , people leaving their kids on the balcony alone, people always parking in front of my garage, loud music, running on hallway and on top of all that the office do not address your concerns or try to fix what ever needs to be fixed.Worst worst! My husband posted a review with pictures supporting what he is saying but somehow they managed to hide the review!
Towing companies make great $$$$$ at these apartments! The business that the management of this complex & the towing company is GROSS.Got a $300 parking ticket here for parking on the fire lane for 1 MINUTE (says so on the paperwork even) while i dropped off my groceries at my apt on the 3rd floor. With limited parking, it was either this option or park in their parking garage a whole building away. The manager’s response, Mandy, to this situation was “We’ll talk to the towing company and get back to you.”I’m still out $300 and no response 3 weeks later. Thanks!!!!
Worst apartment ever!!!!I can hear Dart passing by every day. I can hear my neighbor playing music, shouting every day!!! A stocker is standing in the parking lot and staring at me every day!!! I sent an email to the management team but nobody responded!!!! And yesterday, The power went out in the apartment, and leasing office kept ignoring us for for two days without an explanation!!! Oh thank you Aura One90, you made me realized I can be such a crazy person!!!!!!!!
Great place to live and great location, very close to work and shopping. Apartments are very nice and come with washer/dryer that is a Plus. Adrianna the manager is very helpful especially with the time we are in with the Pandemic. I have gone through a lot during Covid but she was very understanding and informative. Aura One90 its been a great place to call home.
Its been good so far. The apartments are really nice and its peacefull. Love the vibe. Its close to the station which is really convenient. No complains so far.
My husband and I have lived here for 3 months and we love it so far! The location is amazing. Since it’s right off two highways it is quick & easy to get to anywhere; including the hundreds of awesome restaurants nearby. It’s a 5 minute drive to downtown Plano and just a 15 minute drive to Dallas, which we love! Maintenance has been very timely and amenities are great! We are so thankful Smart City found us our home here!!One negative about this place is parking: if you do not pay extra for a covered space or a garage then you will have a difficult time finding parking many nights!
This place is incredible! From superb customer service to an unreal complex, Aura One90 is a phenomenal place to stay. Great value apartments with brand new amnesties, complex with various accessible facilities, lots of friendly neighbors with dogs, near City Line community, but most importantly it feels safe and secured. The maintenance crew and the staff seem to be working hard every day to assure their tenants comfort and there isnt much to complain about.P.S. the vale garbage is a really nice touch and fetch delivery is very convenient
My two kids have moved to Aura One90 for a few weeks now, and they are very satisfied. The apartment’s amenities are beautiful. Impressive Aura staff member who welcomed us Farah! She is beautiful and friendly, so its fun to work with her. Thank you very much.
This community are an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything are so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also.
Very clean and quiet place to live. Love everything that is near and accessible as well. Staff department does well even with the change in management.
I love the quick response from the maintenance stuff. Also kudos the front desk for their polite and quick response. The garbage disposal and delivery through fetch has also been consistent.
Overall, I’ve enjoyed my time here. Maintenance has always been very timely and efficient. The walls are a little thin, but the neighbors are respectful and not too loud usually. The amenities are wonderful.
Recently tried to set up a tour at the property and was almost immediately turned away at the door by one of the leasing staff. She explained that due to the pandemic that they were only doing tours but appointment only. I’m familiar with the process also being in the industry and nor have a problem with her request . So I simply asked if they had a spot for tour since I had driven from far away . She confirmed that they had no other appointments scheduled that evening but still refused to get any information as far as contacts from me or show any interest in actually working with me to set up a appointment. I am extremely disappointed in how the staff choose to handle the situation and I’m glad the poor demonstration of customer service has help confirm that I would NOT want to live here if that how I am treated.
Farah is awesome!I moved in about a week ago and my experience with the leasing office great! I was trying to find an apartment during this trying time and only virtual tours were available but Farah went a step further and FaceTime’d me, showing me the actual apartment. She’s been nothing but nice, ask for Farah if you need help with anything!!
First impression was alright until they changed management this year and my experience kept sliding down hill. Current apartment had roaches and renewal price was not that friendly amid this difficult COVID time so ended up downgrading to a smaller apartment within AuraOne. Let see how they handle my moving in/out this time and Ill update with more good or bad news...
My wife and I lived at Aura and absolutely loved it. The apartments themselves are very nice. Closets are huge. We loved the layout of our particular apartment. The pool and gym are both super super nice. The best thing about Aura, though, is the staff! They are very attentive to the needs and desires of the residents. I can honestly say that out of all the apartments I’ve lived in they were by far the most responsive to concerns and needs. Stacey was wonderful to interact with. She took ownership of issues if they were present, offered clarity and solutions. Conflict resolution is necessary when trying to manage an apartment and it is a strength at Aura one90.We were sad to leave due to unforeseen circumstances...but I would DEFINITELY recommend living here. See Marissa and she will hook you up with an awesome space to live.
Have been living here for 1 year or so. Since the Avenue 5 Residential LLC be in charge of the leasing office, the maintenance service becomes low efficient and low quality. Leasing officers are not patient enough, don’t give enough guide and friendly service for daily maintenance.
We love living here! My husband and I have lived at Aura One90 for a year now, and we just renewed our contract. This is by far the best apartment complex we have ever lived in. The management is amazing and super responsive, the complex has very nice amenities that make you feel like you are living luxuriously, and we have never had issues with any neighbors. Aura One90 does everything to make you feel welcome, at home, and taken care-of. The only thing I would want to improve is the amount of hot water in the winter--I have to keep my showers at 10 minutes or the water will only be a little warm. But I can deal with that :)Thank you Aura One90 for providing a wonderful apartment-living experience!
I’ve been living here for a little over half a year now. So far, the experience has been mostly positive. The rates are competitive and it’s conveniently located. The facilities are great and I love the wooded walking trail. There are a few inconveniences that I’ve noticed, though. I think building 2 just gets a bad deal, to be honest. It’s not connected to any of the on site amenities, parking is much worse than the other buildings (we don’t get a parking structure and most of the parking area is dedicated to covered parking, so good luck finding a spot near your home after 8:00). The units that face Plano Parkway get a lot of street noise despite thicker windows (and if I have to hear that godawful 350z powerslide away from the light and rev that POS straight piped VQ35 one more time, I’m going to scream). But the view is nice if you’re up on a higher floor and the balconies are spacious.I also think there is a safety issue that needs to be addressed. There’s an intersection where the drive in comes to a T and you can go either left to building 2 parking or right to the south side of the complex. This is a blind spot, as there are bushes on the northwestern side of the intersection that completely blocks your view if you have a sedan or smaller vehicle. People tend to walk in the street at night instead of using the walkways and on more than one occasion I’ve seen a close call where someone was walking there in the intersection and a car came around and didn’t see them. No one was hurt, but it’s only a matter of time.I haven’t had much of a chance to use any of the on site amenities due to COVID, so I can’t speak on that, but overall, I’ve enjoyed living here.
Lived here for 2+ years now. Management is very accommodating... Stacey and her team go above and beyond to keep their residents happy. Apartments weren’t built that long ago, so units are updated and rarely have maintenance issues. But when there are issues, maintenance team is great and timely.Highly recommend Aura One90 to anyone looking for a place in the Plano/Richardson area.
I loved living here at Aura! Stacy is an amazing manager and Alex and Marisa were always so helpful:) The staff is very friendly, accommodating, a and easy to work with.if I hadn’t switched jobs, I would have stayed! The area is extremely and safe and quiet. I’ve never had any package stolen from outside of my door nor experienced loudness from neighbors. Now, they offer a service called “Fetch” which is a super convenient way to receive your packages. They hostLots of events as well!I’ve only had two problems with my unit. On my first wash, the washer ate some of my clothes :( but maintenance replaced it the very next day.The other problem is that I always ran out of hot water :( but no biggie, it was not a deal breaker.Staff: 10/10Unit: 10/10Safety: 10/10Amenities: 10/10Services: 10/10Maintenance: 10/10
I love this apartment complex! Its always so quiet, and service requests are completed super fast. Yesterday, I called because my AC was out. The maintenance guys came while I was at work, and--without me even having to ask--they also fixed the creaky hinges on my door and made it easier for me to unlock it! Thanks, Oscar and Ricardo! You guys are the best!
Aura One90 staff members are amazing. They are very professional, and the grounds are always kept clean. They have went above, and beyond for me since I have been living here. Maintenance crew always complete a work order in a timely manner. My lease is almost over, and I been looking for other properties that can compare. I appreciate you guys. Thanks,Duane
Moved in this past week. They had me do a move-in inspection and I had a maintenance issue I addressed with the leasing office in person and in writing. It wasnt an emergency maintenance issue but the team was quick and addressed it within the day. Farah and Ryan at the office is always accommodating.
I recently moved here and so far I love it. Ive only had one maintenance issue which was resolved very quickly. My apartment has such a cool modern feel to it and they really keep everything looking great around the property. I have to note that Marissa from the front office was really helpful and made my move in a smooth transition.
I am loving it. Management is excellent. They take very good care of this property. Amenities are awsome. Very well maintained.Gym and Swimming pool are top notch.DART station and City line are 5 min walk .5 Star property .
Have been in various apartments over the years and Aura one90 is by far my favorite out of all of them. We are moving out now but I will always recommend this apartment to friends and family. The staff here are all really nice and while I will admit the last management (ZRS) took care of maintenence requests faster, avenue 5 is still really good. The neighbors are all nice and the apartment is probably the safest in the area. I do recommend getting a unit that faces the parking lot rather than plano pkwy or the highway as it can get really noisey at times. Overall I still give Aura one90 a 5 out of 5.
My husband and I recently moved here from Florida and we Love it!! Aura One90 has done such a nice job welcoming us not only to their beautiful community, but to Texas. Everyone here are very nice and accommodating and they do an Excellent job on keeping the community immaculate! I definitely recommend living here!!
Very nice facility at an affordable price! Stacey is a Top Notch Manager! Takes care of every detailed need. Along with her Top Notch staff, its a win win situation!
Horrible management and communication
Aura One 90 is possibly one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. From the staff up front up to management every single one of them had made us feel like we are the only person living in this complex. They have big hearts and really listen when something need fixing. To that I need to say: choose aura when considering a move. You will NOT regret it.Thank you guys for everything!
Very reasonable and understanding management and associates. They addressed all our concerns including our request for change of apartment. Everything was hassle free. The gym is sophisticated and pool is well maintained. Everything is brand new. It is a gated community. The apartment is very close to metro station, inside the city. Overall very pleasant experience for the one and half weeks we have stayed.
UPDATED JULY 17:After I sent them the voicemail they left on my phone, stated that $500 incentives (and multiple phone calls) , the manager said she totally see where I got my misunderstood from and they asked me to sign a concession agreement to accept a one time $500, if we complete our full lease term (12 mon). I did. This is the time we all need to give each other a break. Now fighting on our pluming toxic smell from the last tenant. AuraOne90 only has two maintenance guys, for over 400 apts. The maintenance guy names Sean/Shaun? is very professional and so nice. The problem is that he has so little time, so many work orders, that one pluming odor issue needs more than 4 trips and still unfinished.Overall I would say the apts getting older, so more problem appears, (youll never know who the last tenants were and how dirty they could be) and apparently the management team is short of hands and lack of consistency. They have new people in and we only wish things will get better.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Original Comments:----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! If you do look for somewhere to rent longer than 1 year. It is heartbreaking that they are abusing loyally old residents but wagging tails to new residents. SO ABSURD!We lived here for 3 years with the smallest 1b1b A2. In 2017 we started rent that room for $900+/ month. Each year when we renew, the rent goes higher and higher. This year around April, we were informed that if we want to renew this year, the rent will be $1300+. We went to their website and all 1b1b listing at the same time of our lease term, that you can rent as a new applicant, even the largest 1b1b, almost *1.5 larger in square feet than A2, are not as expensive as our renewal offer. We asked the office and they said thats how their system works.OK FINE, We decided to have a larger apartment anyway. So we were looking around the area for 2b2b. There were some good ones. However, we asked AURAONE90 by phone several times that as an old resident, upgrading can save us $500 of application fee and administration fee. When I asked them to write an email to confirm this, they never did (sneaky!)In the meanwhile, when we compared to other properties, they called us and said that if we signed the lease on that weekend, we would get $500 specials too. This was very crucial for us to decide to stay with AURAONE90. But turned out to be a total FRAUD!We called several times during April to AURAONE 90 to make sure that we should pay $500 during application for 2b2b, and these $ 500 dollars can be returned back to our account as balance in the first-month bill. For the other $500 special, since each time I called, a different person answered. (we were taken by Farah, but I talked with Brianna and Adrianna too) They basically confirmed that we can take advantage of that $500 specials too. So adding up that is $1,000.When we signed the lease and ready to move, the fox shows its tail. When we went to the office to get the keys to our new apartment, Farah told us we can only choose one incentives: Either to take $500 application/administration waiver, since we are old residents, or take $500 new residents specials. We thought it makes some sense, so we said we would take the old resident special. Then July came and we were charged full rent. When I called the management team, Farah told me they will have a $250 balance instead of $500 back our account. She refuses to admit that there was ever $500 dollars exist. She said that we took the old residents specials for $250. If we took the new residents special, it will be $500.I forgot to mention, the old apartment we had, A2, was leased for $900+/month on their website after we gave them notice of moving out. Remember if we want to renew, it will be $1300+/month.
Would be nice to be able to get on the website but its unsecured and wont let me. Was considering renting here but based off not being able to see the website and the reviews, I think Ill pass
Best apartment blg that I have ever lived in .. Everyone from the office, to maintaince , concierge, and Everybody else that helps the building run... Top notch service. All the neighbors very friendly the building is kept up alive .. All the events that take place are fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend #1 rental property in East Boca 👌
The staffs acted nice enough when I was living here. They tried to take my 750$ deposit and charge me 500$ more for some ridiculous fee when I moved out.
PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Since new management have come in and took over, they have screwed me multiple times. Ive basically have been at this place since the place was first build a few years ago and things wasnt all that bad then. There was some miscommunication on their end, but nothing that couldnt cleared up. So where to start?.....I was living in a two bedroom apartment when I first living there and one night while was watching TV, I started seeing my ceiling leak from the apartment above and I had to call the on-call maintenance to address it. According to them, that was not a emergency that required their attention, which didnt bother me because you would think they made that call, right? Nope. They tried to charge me for the leak when I wasnt responsible for that. (Theres more in between) Lets fast forward to when new management took over. I sent them an email like Ive always done at any of the other 6+ apartments I have lived in since Ive been in Texas and they told me that Oh we lost your email and you have to fill out the form thats located in the office. At no point when I sent the email did anyone mentioned that or email it to me to inform me nor is that outlined anywhere in the lease. I originally put my notice in around last mid Nov 2019 as my lease was going to end on mid Dec 2019. The property manager told me that I was on the hook for the WHOLE month of January. Even though the notice was not given within the 60 days, my attorney informed me that I should only be liable for 60 days regardless if the contract runs into a month-to-month, which should have ended in mid-January 2020. Lastly, they sent me a move-out in which they charged over $300 for carpet cleaning when I personally cleaned the carpets with my own steam cleaner and a picture of the floor trim where there was water damage that was caused by their AC unit (there is a service request order for that) Ive always cleaned the carpets when I moved out of any apartments and any property manager that I rented from would say that Ive done more than any other tenant would be willing to do. Luckily I took detailed pictures of my place before I left so I take action. LIKE I SAID, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY WILL MILK YOU DRY!! ALWAYS DOCUMENT ANYTHING THEY DO OR DONT DO!!!
I lOve this place.
The apartment is great in general, walking distance from Cityline and clean. The service requests are attended to in a timely manner. I wish they could have helped me out in this hard COVID time though. I have been living here for over 2 years now. My lease was to expire in May this year and I asked for an extension because of the COVID situation for a couple of months. The minimum they said they could give me was for 4 months and at that point of time I didn’t have an option and decided to take it. Now, I got a new job because of the COVID situation and need to move to Ohio in mid July. The leasing office is not ready to consider any situations and are just asking me to give 2 month notice + pay out 1 month rent so basically not doing anything at all since this will be my complete lease duration. I wish they were more considerate with all that that has been going on.
Aura one90 is a well kept facility! It always looks great and Shawn P. Is always a great help!
Apartments are great and the management staff is very accommodating. But they have recently made a mandatory fee for the package delivery from fetch.Beware of Fetch!! I have lost over $1000 of packages through them. Either lost or stolen.5 star for the apartments ,but the mandatory fee for the delivery partner (especially when they are so bad) puts my whole experience down. If you dont do much online shopping , then this place is worth a stay.
Worse Management group I ever seen! Since they changed the new management team in early this year! Worse team ever ever ! Ignores all emails i sent regarding questions / concerns/ renewal/ ! I have received an renewal notice email with an attachment in late July . But the dated of the attachment was created in mid of May! SUPER Unprofessional!
The leasing Agent named Marissa is so Awesome! Shes very friendly and accommodating to the phone. Kudos to his/her Trainer! You deserve a perfect star. Marissa is a perfect example of an Excellent customer Service Representative.
Been here for 3 months and its been the best apartment Ive ever had. Its a new complex and it sure feels like it. The pool/patio area is a big plus. Staff has always been helpful when I have even the smallest questions. Theres also lots of puppers around and I dont see any droppings around.
Nice place to live, right across the street from Cityline and State Farm. Decent amenities.Update: Seems like the quality of the apartments has declined even with this new managements attempt at sprucing things up. Passive aggressive emails, last minute notification that mantanance will be entering your apartment, etc.
I’ve been living here for almost two years never any issues processing my payments. However 5th Avenue took over management from ZRS management. Everything has went downhill since. The have a different residential portal that we had to sign up all over again which we had to wait which was an inconvenience. Then I was charged 75 dollars for being off by one number okay that was my bad. I then ended up paying my utilities and I went back double checked to make sure my account number and routing number was correct. I made payment. It then said that was a return check unbeknownst to me because in my account it says that that amount was taken out on my end. However I’m now charged with late fees because the website blocked me from making a payment due to a discrepancy on their end wasn’t my fault or the bank fault this time. So not only am I out of 75 dollars but another 100 due to something that was not my fault. Not to mention that the dog poop is everywhere now and no one is getting penalized for as they should. I am beginning to strongly dislike this property. At first I was going to renew my lease because of the area I do not plan on renewing my lease. Up until November this property would have gotten a 10 if I could have given them that but today I can honestly I have a change of heart. I’m absolutely disgusted in how this property is being run.
Fast response for fixing up the sink. Very good crew and comfortable for living.
I moved here from Michigan for work and I LOVE it! This was the first community I checked out and nothing else compared. Ive been here a year and it is absolutely phenomenal. The amenities are top notch and the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. Best apartment Ive ever had - hands down!
My husband and I went to look for an apartment here, expecting to tour and all of that. The guy at the front desk asked for our passports and took them to be scanned into their program using an iPad, and supposedly it didn’t work, for some unknown reason.... and also he claimed not being able to contact his manager. anyways, we were not able to see their models units due to that. Well, basically our passports and visas are good to get into America but not good enough to tour in this place.
Reviews are not my norm, but I wanted to let everyone know how awesome this community is. You are treated with respect, the place is clean, and the professional staff are always there when you need them.I have never lived in a community with as much open communication as this one. They believe in email, phone and direct communication!Keep up the great work guys! I can see myself here for a long time.
Overall, very good. Two improvements we would like to see.1. More frequent cleaning of the hallways and stairwells2. Repairs / maintenance to things that get broken or need attention, like: drinking fountains with red filter “needs to be replaced” lights, broken umbrella base by the pool, the second car charging unit, exterior gate latches/locks, etc.
As far as the apartment complex itself - its very beautifully made and the units are clean, modern and nice to live in. Most of my experience here was positive minus a few draw backs.Pros -Justina is a life saver. She is very easy to reach, great to communicate with, and will resolve issues within a reasonable amount of time. If she was the property manager at the time of us staying there, I feel that we would have been much happier. She would remember you, speak to you about your pets, etc.Angel is THE BEST worker you want responding to your calls. Hes extremely personable and tends to any issues quickly and professionally. Every time he would see me, he would ask how I was and how my dogs were.Dog friendly - There is quite a few dog people there and we would all meet up in the dog park from time to time. Some of the best friends I made living there were at the dog park. For the most part, you can tell people really love their pets and care about them.Cons -Theres dog poop everywhere. No one in building two seemed to pick up their poop. It wouldnt be uncommon to have poop inside the hallways or elevators either.Kirsti was the property manager and was not a joy to deal with at all. Upon moving out, I had to contact upper management to get everything handled due to an error on the offices part. I understand doing your job, but there is a way to do it, and it shouldnt leave 90% of your tenants unhappy. From what Ive heard, she has left the property. I try really hard to not make it personal, but Kirsti was a large part of us leaving.Parking was a disaster. It was really hard to find parking for any guests and it wasnt uncommon to have to fight for your own paid parking space. Perhaps it has changed since then.If I were to leave an honest opinion about my time there, I would have left three or less stars. But since Kirsti is no longer there, I feel that it may be a better place to live. I moved to a place with a yard for my dogs, so Im happy where Im at, but should it ever come down to it, I could see myself moving back if Justina was in charge.
2ND UPDATE: The property is under new management, and they took our concerns much more seriously than ZRS ever did.UPDATE: still have not received a response or contact from ZRS management, even though they responded to this review (the only response we have yet to receive). This place is a joke and unsafe.Do not recommend living here, as it is in an unsafe area. We have caught someone prowling around apartments and checking windows/peeping into windows on multiple occasions. Management would not alert the complex after the first police report, even though we caught this man red-handed looking into our windows and confronted him during a dog walk. Second time, same thing... no help from the management, not even a simple email (even though we were told one would go out). Weve since caught this person 4 times on cameras we installed. Plano PD even went so far as to talk with the management team about their concerns re: this mans ability to freely move in and around the complex... still nothing from ZRS (management company). At this point, I would not recommend anyone live here, as safety does not seem to be a real concern. The gated community is not considered a safety feature... it is an amenity. The complex is right next to the DART stop, and the gates to the complex are often broken or propped open, so anyone can easily enter the complex. For what youll pay, you can easily find a much safer and probably cheaper place in North Texas.
I really enjoy living here. I love the appliances and the bathroom. My only real complaint is that the area surrounding the apartment isnt great for walking. Many streets dont have crosswalks, and sidewalks are frequently non-existent or closed. It should probably also be noted that the gates on the fence surrounding the apartment have recently begun not to close on their own, meaning they are frequently left wide open. Even so, I really enjoy living here and still regularly walk places.
Yes the apartments are nice and the grounds are well kept but what forget to tell you is if you put a deposit down then you will not get it back as well as dog poop in the hallway multiple times, leaking windows because they are very cheap and not well installed!!!! I put in several request to have the leaked fixed and it still leaked. Oh and the dart train and 18 wheels are also a huge problem if you face Plano Parkway!!!!! Overall I would not lease here
Its understandable that sometimes the weather can affect the power. But back to back nights, mornings and week where the elevator is not functioning properly is a bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise, I do appreciate the text updates notifying that its been fixed.
Ive been living in Aura One90 for over a year and have enjoyed the property until as of late. I have noticed an increase in pet waste and its not the property management responsibility to attend to this but the tenants. Also, the trash has been an issue with not just the overflow of the trash compacter and recycling bin, but also in the building that I reside. I dont think people take inconsideration that when trash is left outside especially in the heat, it creates odors, as well as, welcome unwanted pests. Again, this is not an issue with management as they have sent out communications via email to the resident but I think that some of the residents are just inconsiderate in both these areas and dont take pride in the complex where they live. Personally, I enjoy my apartment but the tenants are making it hard to really enjoy the property now.
Management and maintenance works quickly to resolve any work orders (had my AC start to go on the 4th of July, and they had someone look at it the next day and the whole compressor replaced the day after). That alone is impressive, but its just one data point of the excellent level of service and respect that management fosters. The complex is clean (havent seen much of the dog poop problems others have commented on), quiet (surprisingly thick walls, even though Im right by the DART line all I can hear is a quiet whooshing when my windows are closed), and in an excellent location. Residents mostly keep to themselves, but the pool area has a good mix of young students/professionals and families cooling off by the pool in the summer. My roommate and I had been here for a year and resigned for a second with no hesitation, and were definitely not regretting it!A few suggestions to make this place even better:1. Posted signage explaining the parking policy (guests on the top floor of the garage, residents on uncovered spots, other garage and covered spots by paid reservation only) - it hasnt happened often, but a few people, some of them residents, either arent aware of the policy or intentionally park in our reserved spots. Management does their best to warn and tow offenders if they catch them, but posted signage would give guests a better understanding of the rules.2. Keeping the interior section of the clubhouse open when the office is not - the pool table and one entrance to the interior is inaccessibleThat said, I cant stress enough the value of having such a responsive and attentive management team - any problems that do arise quickly go away with their help!
So far its been great, a few minor issues with the apartment being 100% move in ready but the maintenance staff fixed the issues within 24 hours. the noise level is a bit high since we are facing Plano Pkwy but that was our own choice since we picked that apartment due the the great deal we got. a white noise machine fixes up the noise at night and eventually we will get used to it. Parking is a breeze, package pick up is easy, gym is nice, grounds are kept clean. the area is perfect, right next to two major highways and a Dart station. The Cityline area is great and there is more development going on in the area so that will only get better as time goes by. Overall Aura One90 has every amenity you will need on the inside of your apartment and the outside.
I loved my stay here at Auraone90. Manager Stacey is the most cooperating person to work with. Id most definitely recommend this place .
Want to have your guests take a trek across the apartment complex from the top deck of the parking deck to get to your apartment? Do you want to be constantly emailed with threats that you will be fined for bizarre situations you had nothing to do with? (bulk emails to the whole community). Do you want to pay a $110 fee when you pay rent late for the first time, because you completely forgot, and they wont waive it even once? Aura One90 is the place for you.
Great place to live. The staff is very prompt and helpful. Conveniently located to shopping and the Dart. I looked at several other communities around the area and glad I chose this one.
I love my place and the community is nice and friendly.
Beautiful apartment, Luxury definitely. If you have any concerns they immediately address it. Kat is lovely!!
UPDATE:We have now lived here for 2 years and have truly loved it. Unfortunately, weve had to break our lease a month early in order to get a second bedroom for a price we can afford...we thought we could make it work with a baby in a 1br but it is just way too crowded. Management was understanding and didnt make it difficult to leave early. In many ways we are sad to leave because Aura One90 has been an amazing place to live! The only downside is there are a lot of irresponsible residents who smoke in the hallways, leave trash in the halls for days, or leave dog poo everywhere without cleaning it up. But that is in no way the managements fault and they issue fines as they catch people in order to minimize that...really that is just part of living in an apartment. These are great, family-friendly apartments. Ive walked to the DART station for 2 years now and love being so close to CityLine! The area is safe and close to so many things! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Couple reasons for not giving it 5 stars.1) If you need a reasonable amount of storage, these apartments will not give it to you.2)Office hours are hard if you work normal job hours. If you have a package or need to go by the office for anything, you have to do it between 9AM and 6PM or do it on the weekend. So, if you work normal hours, just be prepared to not be able to pick up any packages until Saturday or Sunday unless you have someone else living with you. However, I did give it 4/5 so here are the things I love:1) Staff is friendly!2) Work orders are addressed in a timely fashion.3) The location is AWESOME. I walk to/from the DART station daily. I can walk or drive to City Line for all the food and shopping. It is also about 5 minutes or less from downtown Plano with even more shops, a farmers market, and a butcher shop.4) Valet trash pickup!! (You do pay for this) I love being able to just set the trash can outside the door in the evening and pull it in in the morning. You dont have to carry it up and down the stairs..super nice.5) Amenities are pretty sweet. Theres an awesome pool, grill area, 24/7 gym access, business rooms, etc.. Love it!6) Appliances are all included and are energy efficient - contrary to the other review in here, you can fit plenty in the washer and dryer.
Great place to live, I lived in aura 90 and alexan central, both for almost a year and I would recommend aura 90.Overall experience is better, a little bit distant from dart station give you a level higher in securitySome claim Cityline community is better to live so close to Cityline. For a year, I only took that advantage three times by walking to the restaurants..
Aura is really well run. I have been here for about 4 months and work for a competitor in the property management industry myself. I can honestly say the staff works very hard to keep the community running smoothly, with residents events, newsletters, and cleanliness. See Update. My honest rating is 4.9 stars.Staff - 5 starsApartments - 5 starsAmenities - 4.9 stars Gym is awesome! Firepit is awesome. Pool area has nice outdoor sitting which I am enjoying as I write this, and corn hole! ADDED FETCH recently.Neighborhood - 5 starsCommunity cleanliness - 4.8 stars (mainly residents not following rules), SEEN A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTLoudness - 4.8 starsThe property is well positioned with grocery stores, retail, and food everywhere. CityLine has live music on Fridays during summer. Walkability is great, Dart nearby to go to downtown Plano for Ice HouseReally grateful for Johan and Stacey who make it feel like home.UPDATE:Staff continues to be amazing, work orders are completed timely, Stacey, the CM, just added some great river rock at the entrances to stairwells that look fantastic! They also added FETCH, a package service, that you will come to love. They deliver your packages in the window you want straight to your door. They will deliver anything no matter how small or large.
We had two issues: constantly running water required a toilet repair 👍🏻👍🏻, and battery replacement in our smoke alarms. Both issues were addressed in less than 24 hours.
Best place Ive ever lived! The staff is amazing! Sahil, Justina, and Katerina in the office have always been awesome!
The complex is really nice and Oscar and the rest of the maintenance team answers calls quickly.
The office staffs are very friendly and helpful. However, there were dog poop everywhere despite of management placing poop bag station in every corner. Its exhausting to send complaints to management when those complaints were being ignored.
DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE! Leak and mold! BEWARE! Safe your health! Manager Kristi is the worst. They dont care about your health and living. I had leak in my apartment the whole time I lived there..almost 1 year! Leak was due to their pipes not being secured, the leaks caused moisture and eventually mold. They placed a fan to dry moisture which cause mold to go airborne. My whole family is suffering from upper respiratory symptoms and manager Kristi stated auraone90 is not a fault. She is inhumane. Everyone who is staying at Auraone90 check your apartment!
Nice apartments with good parking
Very nice apartments, love all of the amenities. I dont love the parking situation. I dont love that maintenence comes into your apartment whenever they please without giving you proper notice. Its very creepy knowing my bra was laying on the bathroom floor and they walked all over it when they were supposed to be on the balcony. Its called privacy and security for a single girl living here. Im completely disgusted. counting down the days to move out!!! Please think twice before signing that lease!
Marissa showed exceptional and quick customer service as she assisted to help with taking care of her clients even after they had moved. Thank you Marissa
A great experience staying over here, the administrative staff is friendly & the apartment is loaded with all the amenities.Besides the above mentioned points , Turnpike station is pretty close.
Fancy apartments and overpriced. A lot of strict rules but good place. Hallways smell bad.
Horrible service from management and maintenance! Forget about getting things repaired! Dont make the mistake i made, run as fast as you can. There are many other new apartments in the area!
The stuff told us we can grasp the key the day before we move in. When I arrive here, they told me I cannot. If I cannot, they could told me earlier.
Great place to live with a wonderful staff!
The only reason I gave this property 3 stars is based upon the amenities that camouflages this unstructured property. The Pros:The apartments are top notch. Bluetooth adapters in the power outlets, big garden tubs, high ceilings, soundproof walls, big closet, marble countertops, spacious living room and bathroom, and close to the dart station and surrounding local restaurants and stores. The pool is also very nice and the gym is as well for its small size. The dog park is nice to meet people and chat while the dogs play. The Cons:Theres trash everywhere in front of the compactor. *The picture is below* The valet people come during the weekday and half the time theyre either late and dont show at all. Therefore on the weekends the trash is all on the side of the compactor which the apartment workers do not care.My building always smell like weed in the hallways. True enough I dont care if they smoke, but I dont want to smell it down the hallway or in my air vent when Im at home. There would be dog poop everywhere even though the bag stations are always full. The complex is next to the Dart station and the highway which makes me pretty loud during rush hours so if youre in building 3, you can forget about a natural quiet night of sleep. The parking is horrible. I could never get a space of front the building unless I was there extremely early before everyone was off work there my partner and the company would have to park in the garage on the other side of the complex basically. Its ridiculous! The maintenance people dont mind jiggling your door knob instead of knocking to bust in when you put in a request so always lock your top lock. The computer center is always out of ink so good luck with printing something unless its office hours then you have to go downstairs to the front desk to have them print it. All three computers never work at the same time and people are always just hanging out in there to use the wifi on their phones and not actually working. The staff is inconsistent and always changing so it may be one person youve grown to know but then itll change months later to someone else. The gym use to always have cold towels but then they stop stocking them.Oh and last but not least, a guy down the hallway from me was running after someone and shot them which left a trail of blood and a crime scene because they was trying to steal drugs or money from him. Can you say GHETTO! My partner and I pay way too much their to deal with that type of stuff so we left! The cops came and the apartment workers act as though they knew anything of it or cared. All in all if the property is own by ZRS Managment dont go! They care nothing about what type of tenants they have or the upkept of their properties. Just the money.
Overall my experience @ Aura One90 was awesome!! highlighting the positives and points of improvements.Positives:1. The Apartments themself are very nice and energy efficient! (I rented model A8 really spacious ~743 sq ft) - washer/dryer included2. The Amenities are top notch3. Fast internet in the business center and gym4. Starbucks coffee is a nice bonus @ the Clubhouse5. Location! Right off 2 major highways (75 and PGBT), right next to Cityline and downtown Plano6. Private access to the DART7. Awesome staff! Kristi and Justina are very kind and super responsive to emails, phone calls, etc. (Always accessible)8. If you live in Building 1 the Pool view @ night is beautiful9. The gym is very nice, you can get a great workout (2 stories, punching bag, bench press, multipurpose machines, free weights, towels, towels in a refrigerator and they smell awesome too, trx ropes, etc.)10. Maintenance crew is very responsive (24 hr maintenance response time). They are literally cleaning or checking on stuff all the time, even on their days off (Perfect shoutout opportunity: Saw the maintenance mgr Paul and Mgr of Aura Kristi checking on the grill to make sure the gas was full throughout the day on July 4th)- @ other complexes you probably will not get anyone checking on the complex during the holidays (at least from my experience)11. Management actually listens to suggestions from individuals and makes changes or addresses issues.Points of Improvement1. Water in the morning from 7 - 9 AM CST runs out of hot water within 5 minutes..the maintenance crew turns up the hot water each time and it resolves the issue for a couple of days then same condition. (honestly switched up my personal schedule for when I shower and I havent noticed a issue in the night time)2. Hours restriction on the amenities- Gym is 24 hrs (no problem)- Business center is from 8 AM - 8 PM (suggestion:extend the hours from 7 am to 12 am)- Clubhouse is only open when the leasing office is open...cannot really take advantage of the space (suggestion: maybe keep open till 9 or 10?)I would highly recommend Aura One90! At Least take a tour of the complex, the website does not do justice. Good Luck to everyone on their apartment search!
I would have given no stars, the worst move-in experience ever. Please be ready to get into the hassles with the leasing consultant people.Poor communication. Horrible process.
I dont write reviews as often as I should, mostly because you dont often think about writing reviews when youre busy enjoying yourself. That being said I absolutely love living here and a big part of that is the leasing staff. Is this place perfect? Absolutely not lol. I wish the parking situation was better, the walls are a little thinner than I hoped for (I can hear the street pretty well), I dont care for maintenance crew entering the apartments without leaving a notice saying someone was there and I seriously wish we had more than one elevator in our building. All of that being said, no apartment complex is perfect and there will always be something you dont like, but this place does the little things right. My heater broke in the first week of moving in and it was fixed within 72 hours (not exactly the quickest total solution time), however the communication/response was prompt, thorough and I was provided a space heater until my unit could be fixed completely by the manufacturer. The units themselves are beautiful with all new stainless steel appliances and the light fixtures are awesome too. This is really close to the DART station but I honestly havent heard the train passing once. Lastly the resident portal is pretty simple to use and does a great job of informing you when you have a package and allowing you to pay rent - but thats not what earned this place 5 Stars. The leasing staff is why decided to sign here and why Im still here. Ive moved almost once a year for the past few years for different reasons and one thing Ive learned is that a good leasing staff is hard to find. I was lucky to have Estee as my leasing agent and contrary to a not so good review of her I read here, she ended up being super awesome, hospitable and a few months in to living here shes practically like having a best friend working in leasing (her humor is off the chain lol). I could say the same for all of the leasing staff though and one things for sure - you get out, whatever you put in. Some of the bad reviews you see here are from people who cant be satisfied lol. I, however, have had worse and appreciate how awesome this place is. This place feels like home and thats because the leasing people take the time to remember your name, a little bit of your life (if you choose to share with them) and they treat you like a person. I remember having a disagreement with the Manager (Kristi) and the next day or so she called to clear things up and apologize for any miscommunications and that meant the world to me because she didnt have to. Justina brings a load of energy even when shes not feeling well and planned a pretty awesome resident party last month and Denise is the absolute sweetest (has some good healthy eating tips too). All in all, Im not saying if you move here youre going to have the time of your life but if thats what youre looking for, its not a bad place to choose and the leasing staff will do their best to help you have that experience - its working for me!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACEOn Sunday, November 13th, I stopped by to view this property. The leasing agent who assisted me was name Estee. After touring the property, I made the decision to move forward. Estee advised she would send me the application to get started but never received it. I called her to inform her of this. She apologize and sent the app. After completing it, I called her to follow up. Estee advised she hadnt received me app. She placed me on hold to speak with her Manger. She came back to the line and advised they were experiencing tech issues and that she would have to manually complete the app for me. She stated once completed she would call me back. Shortly thereafter Estee calls me back to inform me that she made a boo boo. She went on to tell me that she gave me incorrect information. She initially told me I would not have to pay rent until January 1, 2016 which was inaccurate information. She acknowledged the mistake and told me she would see if the Manger would be willing to honor what she quoted me. The Manager was not willing but offered me the option to pay a higher lease and to get a free carport or a free garage for a month. I turned down this offer as I find it unappealing, what can I do with a free car garage for a month?! The outcome is so disappointing and I will be expressing my experience on the social media outlets as well as the Corporate office. To not honor what information that was given by your leasing agent is very unprofessional and unacceptable.
The associates were very rude and not thorough. When my boyfriend and I applied explaining them about his background they told us not to worry and just go ahead and process the application knowing clearly we will be denied. When our application was put on hold we asked them if it was going to be denied or not. The associate who helped us stated that she has no idea why the application was put on hold and cannot see the details. She rushed us out and said she will call us back on Monday regarding the results. Monday came and no one called. We had to call them to find out that we were denied. ($150 admin fee and $50 applicant fee) Nothing was refunded because we signed and agreed to their terms. Do not apply if you want to give $200 away.
It is crazy to think that I was not even looking for a new apartment for me and my newlywed wife. We were happy where we were and ready to extend our lease. However, upon realizing my friend was moving to the area, we helped in finding new accommodation for him and his soon-to-be-wife.After seeing the complex whilst driving both on George Bush and 75, we figured the location is perfect for multi-town connection and simple access. We entered the building for the first time to be greeted by a modern reception area with free starbucks coffee machine, fruit-filled water, tv screens and a beautiful pool table. The service could not be friendlier as knowledgeable, patient and polite staff answered our questions and gave us a tour with the perfect blend of professionalism and humor.Suddenly, I was asking questions not only on behalf of my friend, but for me and my wife. After seeing the first showroom apartment and observing the pool from the balcony, I was sold. The pool, grill, outdoor tv area, green-glass firepit, mellow music from the camouflaged rock speakers...the attention to detail was impressive. The two-storey gym was just the icing on the cake.We were shown a range of apartments with different floorplans, and found that the kitchen, bedroom, balcony and wardrobe space was excellent. The biggest range in space was found in the actual living quarters. The A8 floorplan offered a generous amount of space for the 2 of us and our dog.The element of us having a dog should not be overlooked, as the complex offers a terrific enclosed dog park with agility apparatus. Our dog loves it in there and he brings a smile to our face whilst completing the course. If you havent guessed already, my wife and I didnt have to think twice to uproot and move to Aura One90, despite being happy and settled where we were. Our social life has increased since moving here with the DART just a 2 minute walk away. The biggest compliment I can give to the complex is that the staff (even though we have been here almost 2 months), go out of there way to talk to us and make us feel part of the neighborhood. My friend and his girlfriend have now also moved in and overall were delighted.
I cant speak to the living conditions, as I have only made deliveries here. The grounds are well kept, and the office staff is friendly and helpful.
Dont give on time information. Have to call them twice a day just to get information. Processing is damn slow. The site doesnt even allow to add a fourth person for a two bed house. Not favorable if you r a student especially if you r from other countries.
Beautiful place and got 1 month free
Good Management and awesome pool
Friend lives here and I can say that this would be the place to live if I was in the area.
They did not bother telling me that there was
