Service is more that word best.Staff is very cooperative.They support you in every possible way.I am using their Services for two years and no issues till date.

Busy service centre, you need to explain them and check all points before delivery

Visited twice for regular service of my Wagon R and got disappointment both the times.Theyll provide pick up and drop but loot you other way for sure.Theyll call you while servicing and inform about failure of some part and convince you to change for better performance of the car.The worst part is washing, never wash your car here. Either wash yourself at home or pay outside and get your car washed.Pathetic washing, they didnt even bother to remove minor stains on your car which can be easily removed with wet clothes.Glasses of window been kept dirty, sticky some kind oil.. may be same cloth was being for dashboard polish.Overall average service, high cost and worst washing.Not recommended for car servicing.

It was a great experience here learning the vehicle to drive from Zaheer Shaikh sir. Everything was taught clearly and effectively.

Excellent Customer service, my car got break down almost a km away from their service centre. I was not even aware that Ace Kudale Maruti service centre is available nearby. But as I reached their, the staff has well managed my complaint I was driving to Mumbai and they fixed my car on priority. They could have easily made a higher bill amount but the smaller part of gear (bush) was replaced and bill approx 200 was charged to me.Excellent workmanship and excellent staff. Thanks to Mr. Milan and Showroom for saving my day as I had to meet my parents in Mumbai that day.

Fantastic Experience

Well I can say it was very nice Experience At the ace kudale Cars Private Limited.They treated me very well I was there for Wheel balancing and servicing. It took me almost 3 hours but after the 3 hours I got my work done very well.The behaviour of the salesperson was very nice he was very welcoming he noted down whatever the problems in my car and he also took test drive of my car before servicing it.So yes if you have any problem or any issues with the Maruti Suzuki brand then this is the place where you have to be.

Place for purchasing new cars and best for service your car

I had visited Ace Kudale Service Center because my car got damaged due to an accident.My experience was really great. I met with Mr. Javed / Mr. Prashant who takes care of body shop claims and repairing.Mr. Javed went along with me and checked the entire vehicle with me and noted down all the problems and I filled the claim form.The very next day, he called and informed me about the claim approval and also communicated that what has been approved and team is starting working on it.After 4-5 days, I again got a call from one of the staff members that I had mentioned noise issue from the car cabin and they are not able to understand hence can I visit or explain the issue hence I decided to go and let them know.The engineer who was working on this issue went along with me and give a test drive so that he can understand the issue. I was very impressed and happy that they are willing to resolve the issue and finally they resolved it.I really had very good experience and would definitely recommend this service center to people.Thanks!

Very bad service , Dont buy a car from here , they provide wrong communication regarding discounts,offers. Also billing is also not appropriate . In manual bill there are more charges and when you ask for computerised bill the charges are different . No one is bother about customer service . Pathetic experience ...if you want to buy pls go to another showroom ,atleast they will provide right communication
