A very pocket friendly place and family friendly. Food here is good and hygiene is maintained. Staff is very polite and welcoming.

Very basic....food not good at all. Only good sitting place

Ordered tomato soup and pavbhaji from this place. Tomato soup couldnt be any more watery and the bread croutons were all soggy, which was still considered looking at the weather. When ordering pav bhaji, ordered 2 pairs of pav extra and a pair costed Rs.15. Instead I was delivered with thin slices of white bread with no edges. The bhaji here was tasty but with no pav at all Ofcourse of no use then!! And yes an hour to get the delivery FYI I stay within 2 kms and delivery food person was also on the location before time.

My mother and I were in Chinchwad after almost 20 years. Sheetal Refreshment was our favourite restaurant to go to, back in the 90s.We reached the restaurant after a couple of wrong turns as the place looks totally different. Having found the restaurant we were both nostalgic. (6:30pm) We headed to the wash basin, one of the waiters was using the basin. We waited, the guy looked at us and he continued to comb his hair for half a minute more. We found that weird. We were desperate for tea as it was a hectic day. We asked for Sev Puri, the waiter responded in passing nahi hai and just walked away. Then called for Masala dosa and tea. And you-know-what? The waiter said tea coffee nahi hai. Which restaurant doesnt serve tea coffee?? Lousy and rude staff.We got up and left. On my way out I looked at the signage just to confirm if its a restaurant at all. Never going there again.Zero stars for our weird and bad experience.

After renovation the restaurant ambience has improved alot! The food quality is as best as earlier years!Pahadi paneer is my favourite dish in main course & Kashmiri bhel is from snacks menu!Keep it up! All the best Team Sheetal!
