Its a very amazingly structured and planned restro ...there you find separate dining places for family and for casual dining with bar facilities is also there...Food here was really very delicious and the staff and service was also very good..I would this place is good and is moderately expensive. Most of the dishes were exquisite but apart from odd one or two which were mediocre. Vegetarian is good. Chicken is not recommended. Fish is also good as indicated by friends but I am yet to try it.Service - Service is quite good and food was served hot and in regular time despite the fact that there were almost 100-150 customers dining in already. Quite far from Pune city but still worth visiting if you have leisure time. They have limited parking but you could park on the other side of the road without worrying about getting toed. It is quite a big restaurant with a separate space for families.Food quality was good. It was very crowded on a weekday, so one can imagine the weekend rush. Awesome outdoor ambience... Food was also better than most others... One issue that I faced was their initial refusal to heat the Schezwan Sauce being served! Absolutely ridiculous for a restaurant... Finally, upon arguing with them, they relented & served it... One more issue that I faced is the one that I face everywhere... They served me Lime SODA inspite of repeatedly & specifically confirming that I wanted LIME WATER & not LIME SODA...! It looks like I will have to live with this issue forever because this happens with me in almost every restaurant...

Strange Experience !!Pune Gate Hotel is best place to have friends meet and get together. They have created and maintained good ambience. From last five years, we visit this hotel and have good experience.But yesterday, on 06 Mar 21, we experienced very bad experience, callousness of staff manager. I went with my family and relative family members. Hotel manager gave us table below tree at the middle of open restaurant. When we started eating starters, something fell down from tree on one members body, we changed chair place and neglected. But after sometime, again fruit eaten parts started falling down on our dishes. When we checked, BATs were eating fruit on tree, we shocked and complained to manager. We requested them to change table, which they agreed and given other place. we refused to eat balance food in dishes as it was mixed with fruit droppings of BAT. Hotel manager agreed to cancel dishes but charged same in final bill and refused to refund.To our surprise, when we saw same table was given to other members and unknowingly they were eating food on same table.When all world is on hold due to virus which was transmitted thru BAT. Such cases should have taken seriously. I enquired this to manager and informed him to at least install canopy below that tree and till the time do not place any table below that tree. Hope it will be implemented.Sharing this for public awareness and precautions. Stay Healthy and Happy.
