Dr. is good but management is worst. No well mannered staff. Looting is too much.

Please dont go to Sarika Roy clinic. Very worst doctor & very rude staffs there. Actually She is not checking patients, She has kept some unprofessional ladies for checking the patients, even doctor doesnt ask or listen anything from patients. She gives lot of medicine to patients, even you dont have sugar or tv after that she will prescribed all these medicines. If you go there, your time will be waste one day minimum 10 hours. Very worst experience.

Horrible, very bad experience. Tried to give insulin even not having any sign of sugar. Sarika easily plays with you lives. Do whatever they can just for money.

Worst place to visit. The staff of this place needs to learn some manners. You need to first wait 2 hours for getting your blood pressure monitored after submitting the bill, then again wait minimum 3 hours just to make history report. Only ladies are allowed to sit no place for gents to sit. Overcrowded. Gents have to keep standing the whole time. If you ask the tentative time for any process you get a very rude reply. Will be going to the doctor Idk in how many hours still waiting here since almost 5 hours, and history report hasnt been prepared yet. Good luck to me. I hope doctor is good atleast.

Worst Doctor. Her mother in law was a famous Doctor but she is practicing at her palce. She will make you stand in queue for 5 hours and then wont even talk to you. She feels patients are her slaves and misbehaves. She doesnt even feel worthy to talk to her patients. I do not recommend her. Its better to visit any new Doctor who will listen to your problems. I recommend any one rather than her.

I would hv given it worst rating. I went to this doctor just by the name of shanti roy and nothing much. I had read reviews abt this clinic on google and should have stopped by then only.Coming to my personal experience.... I had taken my appointment a day before and was told to reach clinic as early possible. First of all there is no space for people to sit and staff are mannerless. The attendant who comes with the pregnant lady has to stand whole day. I went there with my husband, we were made to sit for atleast 2-3 hrs for my BP & weight measurements. Then again 3 hrs wait for history room. The lady just asks you some questions and fills the entire page with medicine. I reached there by 9 and it was 2 by the time i was in history room. That too they fill 3-4 patients together. After that i was being told to give blood samples and ultrasound, whose reports were handed over by 6 evening. Now the doctor is nowhere to be found. We were told she is coming and frm 6 pm we waited for our turn till 8 pm although our was 14 number. She sees 100 patients per day. People are sent inside the room in bunch and there is no personal consultation. You hv to talk abt you in front of atleast 10 person.Coming to the medicines i dont knw why the lady in history room without seeing my reports wrote for me to have 3 bottles of saline water. I was also prescribed an injection which i was supposed to take in my stomach for 1.5 months which i got to knw later was used as blood thinner.I want to knw what kind of doctor recommends medicines even before the test results. I never visited this clinic again and would never recommend it to anybody else.

Very very bad manners of all the staff of this hospital including doctor...I suggest you should not go to this hospital...you can go to other hospital or doctors but pls dont waste your time and money in this paisa loot mannersless hospital.

Good doctor , but staff is not good . Medical nurses are good but hospital overcharging for everything. Not having basic facilities for family with patient. Administration staff is worst . Overall good for person seeking for normal delivery.

Bad experience!!! Extremely bad!!! There is no system in her hospital. No value of time here. If you come in the morning there is no surety that you will go back after check up!!! you may go without check up no matters what is your token no. There is no fix timing of her for OPD. She may come at early or she may come at evening or even she may not come even the whole day. Staff are harsh to tongues.Ealier we have our first baby here. At that time the system was not so bad. At least it was manageable but day by day the system is deteriorating. Staffs are being more rude. Madam has no time to visit her OPD though the consultant fee has risen. People come here after managing their office and home and if the same day if u return without any output what would you feel.???

डॉ सारिका रॉय मैडम के समझाने और बात करने का तरीका बहुत ही अच्छा है, लेकिन यहाँ का जो स्टॉफ है वो निहायत ही बेहूदा और बत्तमीज़ है, किसी को भी मरीज़ व उनके परिजनों से बात करने का तरीका नहीं है, उनके बात करने की शैली बहुत ही गवारों जैसी है,आप में से जो यहाँ आया होगा वो इस बात को अच्छी तरह से जानता होगा !किसी से कुछ भी पूछो तो उची आवाज़ में टेढ़ा ही जवाब देता है !अंत में एक बात जरूर कहूंगा डॉ सारिका मैडम की जितनी प्रशंशा होती है उससे कई गुना ज्यादा इनके स्टॉफ की लोग बुराई करते है जिनमे से एक मैं भी हूं!इलाज कराने जरूर जाएँ मगर दिन और दिमाग़ को मज़बूत कर के..... धन्यवाद
