After billing they treat you like hell. They dont care you are a patient. Dirty hospital and you can find water dump everywhere. Called me at 11am and till 2 pm doctor was not is hospital. Bimari se nahi but intezar me jarur mar jaoge. Go any caring hospital but dont come here. Billing ke liye puri foz but opd and related section me staff hi nahi dikhenge. Aur jo dikhenge rudely answer your query. Will not visit here again. Never... consultancy charge 1000rs, and they will charge another 200 rs in the name of registration.

My mother is admitted in ICU in the evening of oct 3rd, since then the dr has visited only twice.. her bpis fluctuating every half hour and she is unable to eat, she has no sign of recovering since. She also has diabetes ulcer wound in her right leg which is worst and thats the main reason of her illness and to admit her. Dr Awinash Kumar (surgeon) has no time to visit the ICU room. Since morning hes no where found. Had to contact some staff and urge him to make call to dr Awinash yesterday, then only he came and today hes not even answering the call from ICU room.

Only if you have a lot of money or if you have insurance or if there is any emergency and can not spend time finding another hospital nearby then only go to this hospital. Doctors are very well qualified and with good experience, no doubt in this but the hospital charges a lot. Moreover, the pharmacy persons are careless and make you wait for long even if any counter is free to work they will send you to the next counter and sometimes give you either incorrect medicine or any alternative medicine but costlier than that is prescribed.

I lost my mother here, i am not sure what causes the unrecoverable situation for her. When she was admitted she was in a critical situation and after 3-4 days she starts recovering and the ventilator was removed she was responding well enough to be kept on NIV and oxygen masks. She was even responding to voices and talking slowly but suddenly doctors said she is retaining CO2 and they put her on ventilator again then they said she had fluid in her lungs which is causing the breathing issues. If the breathing was an issue due to lungs it should be identified on very first day.After couple of days post lung issue was identified they tried ejecting lungs fluid through slow dialysis which lowered down her blood pressure and oxygen level, since then she could not recover and ultimately the pulse starts breaking and within a day i lost my mother. She was everything to me. I will not even recommend to get admitted into ICU here as the doctors may be experienced here but the nurses and inexperienced and they just want to finish their job and left off the hospitals they are taking enough care of the patients. Even once me mother said these guys are not listening to her i should have taken some steps then and there.

The oncology department is very bad...they dont have chemo and radiation option so the doctor (Niharika Roy) suggested only surgery for breast cancer and said it will be fully recovered, because that is the only option available at Ruban Hospital. When we took more opinions at other hospital (Savera cancer clinic in Patna and Tata memorial in Mumbai), we got to know that first chemo is required and then only surgery will be done. Ruban can do anything to earn money.

If you dont love your family member then only admit them in this hospital. Doctors specially pankaj hans will make sure your patient die after 10 days. 10 days they keep patient to sale high cost medicine. Facility and nurses will make you feel this is good hospital. But patient servival chances are less than 20%. Thats also patients luck.This is based on my personal experiance which happend with my father in law. They were not able recognise actual desease and did multiple dialysis which become main reason for death where as no kidney failoure was reported. My father was admitted in you hospital 28-06-2021 to 05-07-2021 for treatment of kidney disease.My father was discharged on 5 July.My father was kept in ICU for 4 days and for 3 days in HDU I a lot of money again in general ward, after that we were discharged. (Insurance dept not included - 5 🌟 for them too).I have been trying to get an appointment of dr. Pankaj hans and been trying all the numbers for quite sometime , no one picks the call or either it say the number is busy. If you are not going to take the calls why do you ask people to get appointment first and then come.I would request the administrative authority to change the entire staff who look after admission billing and opd appointment.

This hospital is running on Nurses, not Doctors. Nurses are laborious and always try to help, but overloaded with work and lack of guidance from Duty Doctors and Medicines Doctors. The Specialist Doctors are qualified, and experienced, but having attitudes of showing that they are the busiest Doctors on this earth. This is blood stains from the central line. Careless nurse didnt close the cap ,resulted in blood started coming out of vein. It was later noticed by physiotherapist . The is totally negligence of staff. If it was not noticed than anything can be happened. All staff is rude. My mother is 72 years old lady. No take care of bed ridden patient. I keep on requesting to change the diaper but they leave her in the pathetic situation more than an hour every time. Passing stool in diaper is horrible for me and my mother. She keeps lying in the situation, and ultimately I myself CLEANED and changed the diaper because I cant see the in lying with stool passed. No take care. Patient who is able to take self care only survive or if the patient is in ICU. Otherwise for general patient who is dependent on staff cant survive. The service is like Govt hospital but only difference here we are paying heavily for such a pathetic service.On continuation of above statement i took a decision to shift my mother from ruban patna to hyderabad apollo by train ambulance. As doctors were hopeless in Ruban. My mother got admitted in hyderabad apollo on 12th of July and discharged on 23rd July. When she got admit over here she was unconscious but doctors took care and gave treatment to the exact problem they diagnosed. On 20th of July she was in the state to undergo surgery done by Dr Padmakar and discharged on 23rd July. Means exactly 10 days treatment including surgery. That day she was clinically fit but due to Ruban hospital she was mentally and physically became unstable. Later on she was shifted on medicines and some suggestions to be followed. Within one month of shifting she is able to walk and became both mentally and physically stable. My decision to shift her from Ruban saved my mother life. After spending lots of money in Ruban i got only mental and physical torture in ruban. Nursing superintendent from Kerala showed lots of attitude while you put your complain. They think they are above all with lots of attitude. Worst management with worst staff.

It may work for some but certainly didn’t worked for my Dad. I went thru few reviews and found few common facts based on our experience--> Nurses are good, they do look after the patient-> Lack of transparency, different doctors will tell different things-> They won’t share tests , reports done.-> Not effective patient management. Every specialist does their own thing lacking overall holistic picture.My dad got admitted with post covid issues. Speaking to Dr Prashant (if I remember name correctly) , he said lungs are completely destroyed. Exactly these words used. My family doctor who visited and checked next day - said no major issues with lung and it’s basically cardiac issue and suddenly doctors at Ruban started saying the same thing. I mean how can doctors say without fact just to scare everyone. Fast forward my Dad showed extremely positive recovery to the point day after doctors said we will take him out of ventilator. Brother after speaking to my Dad ( he was fully conscious and with sign language he was able to communicate) went down. Within 10 mins he gets a call a massive cardiac event has occurred and they have tried everything.I am not saying they did things intentionally wrong but this shows the experience of doctors working. How can you plan to take a patient out of ventilator without having a cardiologist on stand by , making sure all due checks of heart has been done beforehand ? Doctors were fully aware of Dad’s medical history …..I hope no one goes thru this but to me it appears that I lost my Dad due to lack of experience of doctors working there !I don’t think Ruban management ever reads these review as all they want is money. This review is for general public - think twice before going to Ruban.

One of the worst and most corrupted hospitals of Patna or may be of India.They do everything to earn morr money rather than focusing any bit on patients. I got three prescription within an hour of admitting my patient in emergency. All the three prescription had many common medicine and it was obvious, only a low percentage of those medicines were used and rest were resold through their pharmacy. When they came to know that we had medical insurance, they multiplied the tests by adding unnecessary ones and kept asking, how much was the coverage limit. My patient wasnt that serious after initial treatment but he was kept in ICU for 4 days. Lastly we had to get our patient discharged by force because they werent ready to do that as they hadnt charged all the amount covered by insurance yet.I pray that they all suffer the same way or worse as they make their patients suffer.

Best hospital in Patna. Definately in times of covid a name to trust upon. Has its own oxygen bottling plant so no worries about oxygen scarcity. Hospital staff is also very good, I was admitted here because of covid 19 definately a good decision. Doctors are kind and supportive and highly knowledgeable , will guide you to a speedy recovery just one thing I would suggest, people get panicked just by getting a positive rtpcr report but thats the time one should get maximum inner courage because its very much essential as much as medicines.Hope everyone else sails through these tough times.Prayers for everyone.Thanks

My Mother was Covid Positive and was in a Critical Situation with SpO2 fallen to 75 then i admitted my mother in Ruban Hospital on 23th Arpil. The treatment and the nurse facilities and hospitality with the Patient is really encouraging, which helped my mother recover really fast. It is a great Hospital according to my perspective and according to the treatment which my mother got.I would recommend this Hospital to all for Covid Treatment. I know there might be some whose relatives must not have survived but then deep down they also know that the Treatment out here in Ruban in Good and Proper. The Doctors talk to the attendant of the Patient and thus we get a daily report of the patient.

My brother visited just before 2 hours(09/04/21) to get admit due to covid positive, they told if found positive we will not allow u bed but at the same time they charged for CT SCAN and charged 3200/- and shared report of positive..My question to Ruban(Kidnaping Patient company) :-At which condition u will admit patients (alive or...) , if u dont take admission y u do any examination/ test ?By this way I never ever tell anyone for taking treatment from this hospital, if u r fit they make u patient and smhow u became patient they will not treat u..

I had a very good experience here when my mother treated well under treatment of Dr. Satyajit kumar singh. Very normal test with less medicine prescribed by the Doctor. A very decent environment, Rules and regulations set here for the patients and their family, But this is we only who create or destruct the environment. Very closely I observed how people breaking rules and sequence in Hospital.Although Staffs are well behaved, cool and calm.Very professional and helpful in their approach.

My father is admitted in Ruban. He is in private ward and hospital is charging good amount but service quality is pathetic there. Working culture is similar to Sarkari Hospital. I was told that only Ruban and Paras are quality private hospitals in Patna so I choose Ruban but now I think that I made a mistake.

If possible I would like to give negative reviews to the hospital. The hospital does not care for its patients and neither does it give any proper information on those admit there. Money extraction is the agenda without any care for the patient. If the admit patient is feeling cold , they would not care for it. If the patient is in serious condition, they would keep on telling recovery is in progress till the patient dies. I have my doubts that qualified doctors actually visit the patient or they are just taken care by interns that also if. In current scenario, you would find 50% of hospital staff without masks, that is indeed responsible.

One of the worst hospital, I have ever visited in my life. Most of the watch men act like surgeon themselves. Hospital staff also behaved rudely, and didnt listen patiently, but were in a hurry, though my case being the Emergency one. Visitors lobby too small to accommodate all the visitors, visitors have to sleep or sit on the floor for the whole night if you are the only attendant of the patient, as one person is required to be present in the hospital premises. Patients are discharged even if they havent recovered totally, due to need of vacant beds. If you have already arrived here, please book a hotel, and come with two attendant so that one of you could attend the patient while other takes rest.

A good hospital in patna.. well equipped and cleanliness is maintained but the tariff here are higher, although treatment is good, but its difficult for a poor person to take the advantage of the hospital. It works 24×7 through out the year

Ruban Memorial hospital Patna Bihar the worst hospital in Patna. If you love your family then dont go for treatment there, as survival rate is hardly 10% in any critical case. There are no any permanent expert doctor. They hire doctor for few hours for routine inspection and suggestions but actual treatment is done by its less professional young doctor and mostly by unskilled nurses. In emergency no one will come to save your patients. But if you want to kill your patients then this is best hospital in Patna. This hospital is opened with view to make money so main target is the same not a better service. Corrupt hospital.

Worst hospital.I lost my dad here.

My grandfather kidney was taken without permission and they did not informed us about this. He died at night but informed us at afternoon . It is really a worst hospital . I recommend you not to go there.

The worst hospital ever visited . During enquiry asked abt particular dr for ultrasound they said yes the dr is available u can cone anytime bt 10 to 4 pm. When we went there dat dr was nt available and den they said that we dont do ultrasound of any external patient. It is one of the worst experience it wasted my tym. They even dont know abt the dr who was doing ultrasound in behalf of that dr.They r just making money without knowing their responsibility ..

Worst Hospital! A happy living woman was out of nowhere put into ventilation and was put onto hold till money was received And then they declared her dead. If you love your family members pleased dont send them to this hospital.

If you want your loved one and your family member get their treatment by psychotic nurses and unqualified deadly doctors. we will welcome you and charge you a lots of money even the patient is dead 2days ago and we kept on lying that the patient is on ventilator and our guards wont let you come in see your loved one alive or dead,and tell you to bring suitcases full of medicine just to get more profit , profit and profit.Our motto is money is greater than life of a fellow human being.

I have felt so disappointment,At here hopeless doctors,n misbehaving staffs to deal the patient n attendances, Only moto to draw the money from the patient as much possible irrespective of results with irresponsible behaviour.however I am a doctor,ie General Practitioner, MBBS,PMCH, become so dissatisfied with doctors attitudes, directionless management of the patient.Unecessarly higher n costly antibiotics and equipments r used to benifits of the hospital . Doctors ,Doctors team and treatment is best but worst ward service of hospital, paramedics, Nurshing staff are untrained and not taking proper care of patients .Even washroom and ward are not proper cleaned.
