This hospital is not for middle class people...one of my friend admit here for dialysis..at the time of entry they say we will charge less and at the time of discharge they are asking for heavy amount. They are only making money out of people problem.

We went there for investigation of our parent and also took the experts opinion after that. Staffs were cooperative and polite. Everything was in system and well coordinated. Our over all experience was quite good.

My sister suffering from kidney disease. She was on dialysis. But on Saturday night she was not feeling well, so we went to Asian city hospital on Sunday as it was near to us. They charged Rs. 50,000 for 1day. And while we were asking about the approximate chrge then the management said that maximum 10-15 thousand.. But when we go nd ask for dischrge then they said that total charges are Rs.50000. We belongs to a lower middle family. We saved the money for my sisters Kidney transplant. But this Asian City Hospital is too Greedy. Not a single member in this hospital is loyal. Ekdm bkwaas jgah h ye.

One of the best hospital of Patna.My wife was admitted for LSCS through emergency here at around 8:30PM and our Gynecologist came to hospital within 10min,all the operation theater staff,Anaesthesiology and Pediatrician were available within 15min.All staff eg. Nursing,GDA,Guards,front office,pharmacy all were very helpful.Thanks a lot Asian City Hospital Team.

They only try to make money I have read all the comment no one has mention about their management and staffs behaviour. If you have lots of money yes this Hospital is for you but if you are from middle class my friend you will be ruined. Choose wisely while admitting you patient. They charge very big amount.

Highly dissatisfied with the level of service provided by the hospital. Non supportive staff and doctor. Only making money by adding unnecessary charges on the patient bill. No staff or equipment to serve the patient. Very unclean and mismanaged infrastructure. Makes the patient and his attendant to move from desk to desk to solve even the simplest thing. Lack of care and knowledge leads to many casualties.

My Grandmother was admitted for gastro problem for 1 week and I am satisfied with Dr Tejnarayan Raj and under the guidance of Dr Salik Azam sb complete care was taken care of. The hospital has excellent infrastructure and a standard canteen with reasonable price and hygienic food, taste wise the food is good, the nursing staff are also good but I strongly recommend that they should hire a female staff for sanitation of female patients in ICU otherwise I am satisfied with the ACH. I would definitely recommend ACH to others and Please dont go to PARAS, to waste your hard earned money, they see patients as money minting machine.

While the facility is good, but it has some of the fraud doctors, prime among them is urologist Prabhat Ranjan, he will agree to do any surgical process like fistula creation but will eventually kill the patient, my mother died after his surgery. Has no clue what he is doing. The ICU will do surgical procedure event without informing you and claim patient was critical.

They are the biggest fraud you could come across. In a vulnerable situation they charged rs 4000 for the ambulance for just 1 km of distance. After that, having given us the assurance over phone that they will give a confirmed result for covid, they did HR-CT for rs 5000 and gave us a suggestive result for covid-19 and consequently left us with no option but to roam around in the middle of the night with my patient, struggling to get him admitted in some hospital. These frauds should be sued !!!

IT was really Pathetic for me to find a qualified doctor during COVID 19 peak in Patna , as my wife condition was critical ( 1 miscarriage and 1 ectopic pregnancy, after the gap of 2 years , she got pregnant , with a Reference of my Known one Named Praful Sinha , on his recommendation I met the greatest team in PATNA ( DR Erum SAZID , DR TRIPTI SINHA and Doctor Suman MISHARA , all 3 doctors with some Junior Doctors gave great hope to us , my new born baby is still premature but all 3 doctors , management giving their heart and soul ..I hope in a days to come I will have complete family .

The basic infrastructure of this hospital full fill your satisfaction. Here all doctor and staff are well educated and which provides you the best medical care. Number of specialist doctors are available for Laser Surgery, Thyroidectomy, Sentinel Node Biopsy, Head and Parotid Surgery, Skull Base Surgery, Oral Cancer Surgery and so on. One thing I must say that the fee charges of any type of treatment are expensive..but Its worth it.. This hospital also provide you the emergency services for 24 hour a day.

1. Doctor(Nephrologist) should be appointed for consultation whenever required.Please treat it on urgent basis.2. Canteen facility/quality may be improved.3. Rate of dialysis should decrease as I was pay earlier in Asian Dhanbad 1550/- for new and 650/- in reuse.3. Rest are ok.

We came from chapra, my baby was born LSCS. Baby has aspirated meconium. And is not cried after birth.. as it developed severe breathing difficulty. My baby was admitted in NICU under Dr rakesh ranjan ( paediatric), kept on ventilator. After few days baby recovered. Thanx to the whole team of asian city hospital.the doctors are well experienced. And all staffs are very cooperative.

I came with my wife Mrs Parmila Devi from Dhaka, Bangladesh for revision spine surgery. Initially it was operated at one of the big corporate hospital at kolkata in 2017 .After first surgery my wife again complaing of same problem for that I showed to Dr Pankaj Kumar, Spine surgeon, Apollo Hospital, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Dr Pankaj that time advised me for resurgery . Since 2017 I was roaming around all over India, whether resurgery required or not , every surgeon advised us for resurgery. Finally I came to know that Dr Pankaj shifted from Dhaka Apollo to Asian city hospital, Patna. Dr Pankaj Kumar operated to my wife on 7th of nov 2019 at Asian city hospital. Now my wife is completely alright. We r going home without any complications and pain free.i am again and again thankful to Dr Pankaj and Asian city hospital.
